2.Milk used in the product originates from healthy animals from a country or region officially free from Foot and mouth disease (with or without

The milk used for production has been thermally treated according to the recommendations of the O.I.E. code(1) /

9.The milk has been obtained, collected, cooled, stored and transported in accordance with the legislation in force in the manufacturing country and
complies with the rules of the manufacturing country on bacteria and somatic cell count. / La leche se ha recogido, refrigerado, almacenado

10.The plants are authorized, inspected by the competent authorities and meet hygienic requirements in force in the EU. All necessary precautions

autoridades competentes y cumplen con las normas sanitarias vigentes en la Unión Europea. Se han tomado todas las medidas necesarias
