Morning Groups have the kitchen until 1:30-2PM, but must move everything to the front counter at 12 noon. 2. Afternoon/Spanish Groups may enter the kitchen beginning at 12PM and may use the grills/stoves and back area of kitchen. Morning groups must clear all their equipment and supplies to front selling window and side serving counter. 3. Morning groups shoud be ready to fully vacate the kitchen by 2PM. 4. The kitchen / Coffee and Donut Room/Cafeteria should be left clean with no signs of food or food particles present. 5. No supplies may be left in the parish refrigerator or freezers. 6. Turn off the hood fan. 7. All doors both inside and outside must be closed and locked. 8. All kitchen, coffee & donut room/cafeteria and restroom lights must be turned off. 9. If there is a problem with the facility, please report it immediately to Wendy. 10. If you exchange weekends with another group, please notify Wendy so that it can be properly noted. 1. Los grupos de la tarde en Español pueden ocupar la cocina de la 1PM y pueden usar la parilla o la estufa y la área de atrás De la Cocina, grupo de la mañana deben recoger todo su equipo y colocarse en frente de la ventana del mostrador y los mostradores de al lado. 3. Los grupos de la mañana deben estar preparados para desalojar completamente la cocina para las 2PM. 4. La cocina y cafetería deben estar limpios sin ninguna seña de comida o basura presentes. 5. No se puede dejar nada en el refrigerador o congeladores de de la Parroquia. 6. apague el ventilador de la campana. 7. Cuando salga todas las puertas de adentro y afuera deben permanecer carradas con llave. 8. Las luces de la cocina y la cafetería y los baños deben estar apagadas. 9. Si hay algún problema con la cocina o cafetería, por favor repórtelo inmediatamente a Wendy. 10. Si usted intercambia con otro grupo, por favor notifíquele a Wendy para que sea apropiadamente anotado.
