Chaqueta Antirrepinte
A P P L I C AT I O N
● Anti-Marking Jackets (glass bead coated polyester
film) for use on Transfer and Delivery Cylinders on
Offset presses to help eliminate ink smearing and set
off onto the printed sheets.
● Quick cleaning is possible at anytime with diluted
press wash solution whilst the Anti-Marking Jackets are
still on the press.
RANGE
● Anti-Marking Jackets are available in S type (small
bead) for paper and high quality printing and L type
(large bead) for carton or general purpose use.
● Anti-Marking Jackets are also available in film in S
type (small bead) surface with silicone finish.
QUALITY
● Anti-Marking Jacket non adhesive backing material
available to suit the exact thickness required for the
undercut of the Transfer Cylinder.
● Optional backing material in self adhesive format can
be added to match special thickness required.
Easy cleaning to maintain the Anti-Marking surface
which means customer satisfaction as a result of consistent print quality and increased press “uptime”.

Antimarking Jackets
CALIDAD
APLICACIÓN
● Chaquetas Anti-Retinte (perlas de cristal recubiertas
por film de poliéster) para su uso en los cilindros de
transferencia en las prensas Offset, eliminando así, los
restos de tinta en las hojas impresas.
● Las chaquetas Anti-Repinte con material de soporte no
adhesivo, están disponibles para adaptarse al espesor
exacto requerido, según especificación del cilindro de
transferencia.
● Una rápida limpieza es posible en cualquier momento
con una solución diluida mientras que las chaquetas
están todavía en la prensa.
● Material de soporte en formato auto-adhesivo puede
ser añadido para que coincida con el espesor requerido.
GAMA
● Las chaquetas Anti-Repinte están disponibles en tipo
S (perla pequeña) para papel y la más alta calidad
de impresión y tipo L (perla grande) para cartón y uso
general.
● Las chaquetas Anti-Repinte están también disponibles
en film tipo S (perla pequeña) con acabado de superficie
en silicona.
● Fácil limpieza para un óptimo mantenimiento de la
superficie anti-repinte, obteniendo la satisfacción del
cliente como resultado de una consistente calidad de
impresión y aumento del “ tiempo útil” de la prensa.
