b. Reporte Mensual de Publicaciones y Procedimientos en Trámite

Mensualmente, nuestros clientes reciben un reporte emitido por nuestra Área de Propiedad Intelectual por medio del cual se les
informa del estado actual de cada uno de sus procedimientos en trámite. Con este informe se les adjunta un listado con los signos
y patentes que han sido solicitados en el Perú durante el último mes y que están vinculados con la actividad económica del cliente.
Nuestra firma ha desarrollado un software especializado al que hemos denominado “SISTEMA DE CONTROL Y VIGILANCIA” (SCV),
el cual tiene por finalidad llevar un detallado control automatizado de los elementos de propiedad industrial de nuestros clientes, así
como de los que se solicitan a registro ante la Oficina de Marcas y la Oficina de Patentes del Perú. Ello nos permite proteger los
primeros ya sea frente a actos violatorios de terceros, o frente a su eventual vencimiento en el caso de las marcas.
A través del SCV se confrontan los signos distintivos solicitados en nuestro país con los de nuestros clientes, lo que permite advertir
de una eventual semejanza que pueda transgredir sus derechos de propiedad industrial y, en su caso, iniciar, en tiempo oportuno, las
acciones legales pertinentes. La información llega al cliente a través de nuestro reporte llamado ALERTA DE OPOSICIÓN.
c. Administración Internacional de Cartera de Marcas y Patentes
A raíz del incremento de las exportaciones de nuestro país, nuestra Área de Propiedad Intelectual ha establecido una red de
contactos con diversos agentes de propiedad intelectual alrededor del mundo con la finalidad de brindar a nuestros clientes
asesoría internacional en esta materia.
Adicionalmente, el SCV mantiene a nuestros clientes informados mensualmente de los signos y patentes presentados para registro que
estuvieran vinculados con la que ellos desarrollan.
Este servicio permite a nuestros clientes obtener información detallada de manera ágil, consolidada y personalizada, al tener la
asesoría en diversos países de profesionales con amplia experiencia. Asimismo, permite acceder a servicios multilaterales en un
plazo más corto y a un costo más accesible, con el consiguiente ahorro de tiempo y recursos.
Paralelamente al SCV, hemos implementado un programa al que hemos denominado SISTEMA IP SOFT, que permite a nuestros
clientes acceder, desde la comodidad de sus oficinas, a la información consolidada sobre su cartera de signos distintivos y patentes.
Dicho programa también posibilita el acceso a las solicitudes publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de nuestro país.
A través de este servicio, las carteras de marcas y patentes de nuestros clientes son administradas y controladas desde Perú. El
cliente podrá requerir cualquier servicio en materia de propiedad industrial a nuestro estudio ya sea que éste tenga que efectuarse
en nuestro país o en cualquier parte del mundo.

Our Firm has internally developed a specialized software, which we
have called “CONTROL AND OVERSIGHT SYSTEM” (SCV), which is
aimed at keeping a detailed and automated control of our clients’
industrial property, including trademarks for which registration
applications are filed with the Peruvian Trademark Office and the
Peruvian Patent Office, in such a way that we are in a capacity to
protect the former against third-party infringements or their eventual
expiration in the case of trademarks.

化的控制系统以保障客户的工业产权，商
品商标和专利。有了这个控制系统，我们

Through the SCVM, we compare the trademark registration
applications filed in our country with our clients’ trademarks. In this
way, we can detect any eventual similarity that may infringe our
clients’ industrial property rights and, if applicable, file in due course
the pertinent legal actions. Our clients receive this information
through our report called “ALERTA DE OPOSICION” (Opposition
Warning)
Additionally, through the SCV system, we can keep our clients informed
on a monthly basis of the filing of trademark and patent registration
applications related to their field of business.
Apart from and together with the SCV, we have developed a program
that we have called “IP SOFT SYSTEM”, through which our clients can
gain access, from their own offices, to consolidated information on
their trademark and patent portfolio. This program also provides
access to applications published in the Official Gazette in Peru.

通过控制系统，国家记录的贸易品牌将与
我们客户的贸易品牌进行对比，并且能够
快捷地检验到所有与我们客户工业产权具
有相同的利益冲突的产权登记，如涉及产
权问题，将及时地采取法律追究。客户将
通过名为“反对警报”的报告了解信息。
与此同时，控制系统每月都会把与客户有
关的产权和专利的登记消息提供给客户。
除了控制系统以外，我们还实施了一个名

b. Monthly Report on Publications and Ongoing
Procedures
Every month, our clients receive a report issued by our Intellectual
Property Practice Group, where we inform them about the current
status of each and all of their ongoing procedures. A list of trademark
and patent registration applications filed in Peru during the last month,
related to the company’s field of business, is attached to said report.
c. International Management of the Trademark and
Patent Portfolio
Due to the growth of exports in Peru, our Intellectual Property Practice
Group has established a contact network with different intellectual
property agents worldwide in order to provide our clients with
international advice in this field.
Through this service, our clients can obtain detailed information on an
agile, consolidated and personal basis, thus overcoming the obstacle of
making reliable contacts with experienced people worldwide. It also
provides access to multilateral services within a shorter period of time
and at a lower cost, which in turn brings about savings in terms of time
and resources.
Through this service, our clients’ trademark and patent portfolios are
managed and controlled from Peru. Our clients may ask us for any
industrial property service, whether it is to be rendered in Peru or in
any part of the world.
