Parent’s Agreement
As a parent of a Jack London Youth Soccer Sports League player, I agree to:
•
Support my player, their teammates, and their coach’s efforts at all times.
•
Respect the opponent players, coaches, fans, and game officials at all times.
•
Cheer encouragement to my player and teammates, but NOT instructions.
•
Get my player to the games, practices and training sessions prepared and on time. Prepared means
with water, shin guards and appropriately attired.
•
Avoid any confrontation with game officials, coaches, or opposing team parents. I agree to refrain
from any unsporting behavior including verbal or physical abuse of players, coaches, and game
officials, before, during and following game completion.
As a parent of a Jack London Youth Soccer Sports League player, I agree to review these guidelines
with my child and to abide by the guidelines listed.

Llevar a mi jugador a los juegos, entrenamientos y sesiones de práctica preparado y a tiempo.
Preparado significa con agua, espinilleras, y apropiadamente vestido.
Evitar cualquier confrontación con los oficiales, entrenadores, o padres contrarios. Estoy de
acuerdo de abstenerme de comportamiento antideportivo, incluyendo abuso verbal o físico de los
jugadores, entrenadores, y oficiales, antes, durante y después de los juegos.
Como padre de un jugador de la liga Jack London Youth Soccer Sports League, estoy de acuerdo de
respetar esta directiva con mi hijo y cumplir con los requisitos.
