Por medio del cual se reglamenta el Régimen Migratorio especial en el Capítulo VII de
la Ley 32 de 5 de abril de 2011 (régimen especial de Zonas Francas).
El Decreto Ejecutivo N°534 básicamente
establece requisitos adicionales a los
establecidos en el artículo 28 del Decreto
Ley 3 de 2008 para solicitar los
siguientes permisos:
-Residente permanente en calidad de
inversionistas en Zonas Franca

- Residente

confianza, ejecutivo, experto y/o ttécnico
de empresas

Que establece los requisitos y procedimientos para el otorgamiento de Visa de Ingreso de
extranjeros de nacionalidades restringidas que estén contratando o con promesa laboral o
de inversión que se acogerán a las categorías migratorias contempladas en la Ley 41 de
2004 (régimen especial de Panamá Pacífico) Ley 41 de 2007 ( Sedes de Empresas
Multinacionales), Ley 32 de 2011 (Zonas Francas) o en sus respectivas reglamentaciones, y
se deja sin efecto el Decreto Ejecutivo 141 de 13 de junio de 2012).
El Decreto Ejecutivo N°535 regula el
otorgamiento de visas a extranjeros de
nacionalidades restringidas que están o
serán contratados en el Área Económica
Especial Panamá Pacífico, SEM o Zonas
Francas con el propósito de agilizar el
ingreso.

Executive Decree N° 535

That establishes the requirements and procedures for granting Visa Entry to foreign
with restricted nationalities who are hire or promise of work or investment that will
be benefit of migratory categories set out in Law 41 od 2004 (Especial Regime of
Panama Pacifico) Law 41 of 2007 (Multinationals Headquarters), Law 32 of
2011(Free zones); or in their respective regulations, and supersedes Executive Decree
N° 141 of June 13, 2012
The Executive Decree No. 535 regulates
the granting of visas to foreign with
restricted nationals if they are hired in
Panama Pacifico, SEM or FTZ in order to
simplify the entry to the Economic Area.
This Executive Decree eliminates the
need to require the recommendation of
the Security Council Approval and

In turn, it establishes the requirements
and the procedure for applying for a visa
depending of the regimen they will
benefit.
