1- All communications with EO members will be facilitated through an EO Officer and the EO Latin America Regional Manager
or Director.
2- The Carriers1 is not permitted to directly solicit any EO member (including the EO Member’s company or family)
at any time or for any reason.
3- EO Member information will not be provided to the Carriers at any time or for any reason unless approved by EO for
purposes of implementation of this alliance.
4- I choose voluntarily to become a direct customer of the Carriers and to receive direct
customer offerings. (e.g., email).
5- I voluntarily decided to become a customer of the Carriers, and I will be provided with an 'opt out’ opportunity (to
discontinue my participation on the Carrier´s customer list) which is to be included in each communication piece.
