Información General:
Las actividades comenzarán el primer día de curso.
Procedimiento de inscripción:
Se garantiza plaza a todas las inscripciones entregadas hasta el 30 de Junio, salvo falta de número de
alumnos mínimo para realizar la actividad.
o A partir del 1 de Julio se recogerán inscripciones sin poder garantizar plaza en las actividades solicitadas.
Desde esa fecha las plazas se adjudicarán por estricto orden de inscripción.
o El día 15 de Julio se publicará en la web (Zona Padres) un listado provisional con los días de las actividades
y los alumnos inscritos en cada una.
o A partir del 1 de septiembre, las solicitudes de alta y baja de las actividades se realizarán antes del día 21 de
cada mes, haciéndose efectivas al primer día del mes siguiente (siempre teniendo que ser validadas por la
coordinación).
Los precios no incluyen el material necesario, en su caso, para cada actividad (libros, instrumentos, ábaco, etc.).
Estas condiciones pueden ser modificadas sin previo aviso por causas de fuerza mayor.

General information:
Activities will begin on the first day of School.
Enrolment procedure:

Places are guaranteed for all those who enrol before the 30th of June, unless there are not a sufficient
number of students signed up for the activity to go ahead.
From the 1st of July we will accept enrolment forms without guaranteeing places in preferred activities.
From that date onwards places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
On the 15th of July a provisional list will be published on the School website (Parent’s area) which will
name the students allocated to each activity.
From the 1st of September all students who wish to sign up for or drop out of activities must do so before
the 21st of each month, taking effect from the 1st day of the following month (always having to be first
approved by the coordinator).
Prices do not include the necessary material for each activity (books, instruments, abacus, etc).
These conditions may change without previous warning for reasons beyond our control.
