Horarios semana del Examen de Egreso

Dear Parents of Form 6 Students,
The end of the School year is approaching and Form 6 students are preparing for the Egreso Exams. We
would like now to share some thoughts, and to give you a timetable of activities, to assist the students.
The Egreso Exams will be held at St. Patrick´s College on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th December,
as set out in the table below.
The agenda of planned activities for Form 6 students is as follows:
Monday 7th December
Students must bring their Cédula de Identidad to School (required
for Egreso).
Form 6 students will have normal classes until 1230.
Cancellation of classes after lunch is to give students time to rest at
home and to quietly prepare for the exam. It is not recommended or
advisable for students to use this time to meet up in groups for lunch,
or to spend their free afternoon socializing.
Tuesday 8th December
Arrive at School at 0745 dressed in summer uniform with
dictionaries and writing implements.
Students will leave by bus for St. Patrick´s at 0800 with their Form
Teachers.
Exams:
0830 to 1000 – Lenguaje y Conocimiento Artístico
1030 to 1200 – Ciencias Sociales (History and Geography).
Students will return to School by bus at approximately 1230
accompanied by their Form Teachers. They should be collected from
the Junior School at that time.
Wednesday 9th December
Arrive to School at 0745 dressed in summer uniform with
dictionaries and writing implements.
Students will be leaving by bus for St. Patrick´s at 0800 with their
Form Teachers.
Exams:
0830 to 1000 – Matemáticas.
1030 to 1130 – Ciencias Naturales.
Students will return to School by bus at approximately 1200
accompanied by their Form Teachers.
All students will have lunch (provided by the School) and attend a
rehearsal for the Final Assembly.
They are invited to stay at School for the afternoon enjoying activities
in the swimming pool organised by the PE department. Students need
to bring their swimsuit, towel, etc in their school bag to join in with
their activity after rehearsal.
At 1715 parents and students will meet at the Hall to receive the
results of the Egreso Exam.
Thursday 10th November
Students should assemble in their classes at 1900 for the Final
Assembly.

Estimados Padres de alumnos de Form 6:
Los alumnos de Form 6 están transitando sus últimos días de clase y preparándose para rendir el Examen
de Egreso por lo que quisiéramos compartir con ustedes detalles de la agenda de actividades.
El Examen de Egreso se realizará en el Colegio St. Patrick´s el martes 8 y miércoles 9 de diciembre,
como lo indica la siguiente tabla.
La agenda de actividades para los alumnos de Form 6 es la siguiente:
Lunes 7 de diciembre
Los alumnos deberán traer al Colegio su Cédula de
Identidad (necesaria para el Examen de Egreso).
Los alumnos de Form 6 terminarán su horario de clase a
las 1230.
El propósito de esta decisión es que los alumnos puedan
descansar en el hogar y prepararse con serenidad para el
examen. No es recomendable ni aconsejable que los alumnos
utilicen esta situación para concurrir en grupos a almorzar ni
socializar.
Martes 8 de diciembre
Llegada al Colegio a las 0745 vistiendo el uniforme de
verano; deberán traer sus diccionarios y la cartuchera
completa.
Partirán en ómnibus hacia el colegio St. Patrick´s a las 0800
acompañados por sus Form Teachers.
Exámenes:
0830 a 1000 - Lenguaje y Conocimiento Artístico
1030 a 1200 - Ciencias Sociales (Historia y Geografía).
Los alumnos regresarán al Colegio en ómnibus
aproximadamente a las 1230 acompañados por sus Form
Teachers. Se retirarán a sus hogares.
Miércoles 9 de diciembre
Llegada al Colegio a las 0745 vistiendo el uniforme de
verano; deberán traer cartuchera completa, instrumentos
de geometría y calculadora.
Partirán en ómnibus hacia el colegio St. Patrick´s a las 0800
acompañados por sus Form Teachers.
Exámenes:
0830 a 1000 - Matemática
1030 a 1130 - Ciencias Naturales.
Los alumnos regresarán al Colegio en ómnibus
aproximadamente a las 1200 acompañados por sus Form
Teachers.
El Colegio invitará a los alumnos a almorzar y luego
participarán de un ensayo general para la Asamblea Final.
Permanecerán en el colegio disfrutando en la piscina, para lo
cual deberán traer lo necesario para ello en una mochila (traje
de baño, toalla, etc)|. Dicha actividad estará organizada por el
departamento de Educación Física.
A las 1730 se reunirán con sus padres en el Hall para recibir
los resultados del Examen.
Jueves 10 de diciembre
Los alumnos de Form 6 deberán presentarse en su clase a las
1900 para la Asamblea Final.
