Description
We are looking for Chef de Partie with minimum of 3 years experience for a busy & most popular Restaurant
establishment in Co Louth. Dooleys of Edmondstown is a family run business serving great tasting, home cooked
food in friendly and comfortable surroundings. We are ideally located on the N2, half way between Ardee and
Carrickmacross, and only a few minutes off the M1. As Chef de Partie you will have responsibility over all aspects
of food production and service. Required: Excellent culinary background. Experience and knowledge of
implementing and monitoring HACCAP procedures. To be able to work under pressure whilst also producing
excellent cuisine. Working on your own initiative and also part of a successful team. Have a passion for food &
cooking with flair and imagination. Must be fluent in English. Shift & weekend work involved.
