Los Honorarios de la Residencia para el Curso 2016/2017 son los que figuran a continuación:
The Dormitory Fess for the 2016/2017 Academic Year are:
Fianza/Deposit: 1.370€ / €1,370
Habitación Individual/Single Room: 1.548€ mes (IVA INCLUIDO)/€1,548 per month (INCLUDES VAT).
Habitación Doble/Double Room: 1.253€ mes (IVA INCLUIDO)/€1,253 per month (INCLUDES VAT).
El pago de los honorarios se realizará de forma trimestral o anual por periodo de curso completo siendo las
fechas de inicio y fin de curso las establecidas en el Calendario Académico.
Payment of fees will be made quarterly or annually for the full time academic calendar following the start
and end dates of the course established in the academic calendar.
Los nuevos alumnos matriculados podrán acogerse a un descuento del 10% por pronta matrícula, aplicable en
cualquier formato de pago (anual o trimestral) para lo cual deberán formalizar la reserva de plaza en la Residencia
con anterioridad al 30 de junio y permanecer alojados durante todo el Curso Académico. En caso de abandono de
la Residencia con anterioridad a la fecha fin del Curso Académico, el estudiante perderá con carácter retroactivo
los descuentos que se le hubieran realizado, reservándose la Universidad el derecho a retener dicho descuento con
cargo a cualquier importe que se le hubiera de devolver al estudiante.
New enrollments will be eligible for a discount of 10% for early registration, applicable by any type of payment
(annual or quarterly). This will formalize the place reservation in the residence before June 30 and guarantee
housing throughout the academic year. In case of abandoning the residence before the end of the academic
calendar, the student will lose the retroactive discounts that they had completed. The University reserves the
right to retain this discount under any amount that would have been returned to the student.
Así mismo, se establece un descuento del 5% por matrícula de 2º hermano siempre y cuando ambos residan a
la vez en el mismo curso.

the same academic year.
La renuncia o el abandono (voluntario o motivado por expulsión parcial o definitiva) de la plaza en la Residencia
no dará derecho a la devolución de la fianza, ni de los pagos realizados, ni exonerará del compromiso adquirido
por el residente o su responsable económico de pagar los honorarios del curso completo (Normativa de la
Residencia de Estudiantes, Art. 5).
El pago por el alojamiento en períodos extraordinarios se realizará en la forma diaria que a tal efecto señale la
Dirección de la Residencia (Normativa de la Residencia de Estudiantes, Art. 6).
Giving up a dormitory place (voluntarily or due to suspension or expulsion) will not entitle the student to a
refund of the deposit or the payments already made, nor release him or his Guarantor from the commitment
to pay the fees for the entire year (Student Dormitory Regulations, Art. 5).
Payment for extra and vacation accommodation will be made daily as stipulated by the Dormitory
Management (Student Dormitory Regulations, Art. 6).
La aceptación de la plaza para pertenecer a la Residencia de Estudiantes de la Universidad Europea de Madrid,
implica la absoluta conformidad con las condiciones establecidas en el presente documento y en el Reglamento de la
Residencia, que declaro conocer y aceptar, no admitiéndose en ningún caso alegaciones contra ellas por pretendido
desconocimiento o por desprecio. (Normativa de la Residencia de Estudiantes, Art. 51).
Acceptance of the place at the Universidad Europea de Madrid Dormitory implies total acceptance of the
terms and conditions in this document and in the Dormitory Regulations, which I hereby declare I have
read and accept. Under no circumstances will breaches or claims of ignorance of these regulations be
acceptable (Student Dormitory Regulations, Art. 51).
