(3) That the election precincts and polling places listed in Exhibit "A" hereto shall be used in the Election. That all of the County election precincts listed therein are identified by the number of the precinct assigned by the County of El Paso, and that, pursuant to Chapter 42, subchapter C, of the Texas Election Code, for purposes of this Election, the precincts and precinct numbers to be used for this Election are the same as indicated therein, with the exception that certain of said County election precincts (or relevant portions thereof) shall be consolidated, and re-numbered as El Paso Independent School District ("EPISD") election precincts, as follows: County Election Precinct Numbers EPISD Election Precinct Number 9 & 26 24 & 25 27 & 28 30, 31 & 32 42 & 43 63 & 84 74 & 75 80 & 121-3 85, 87 & 164 9 24 27 30 42 63 74 80 85 Furthermore, the El Paso Independent School District Board of Trustees finds that such County election precincts (with the exception of 80 and 121-3) have previously been consolidated and served by common polling places by the County of El Paso, and that said common polling places for the said consolidated County election precincts (now EPISD election precincts), can adequately and conveniently serve the affected voters and will facilitate the orderly conduct of this Election.
