UTILIZACIÓN
APPLICATION
Estos calentadores de bidones, se utilizan para fundir sólidos y licuar
materiales viscosos o problemáticos por su sensibilidad al calor, como
pueden ser, grasas, glucosa, miel, betún, pinturas, barnices, fenoles,
ceras, etc. contenidos en bidones estándar de 200 l.
The heaters are suitable to heat standard 200 litre drums, for melting
solids and liquidying viscous and/or critical heat sensitive containing
materials, such as fats, glucose, honey, bitumen, paints, varnishes,
phenols, wax, etc.
CARACTERÍSTICAS
FEATURES
El sistema se compone de base y anillos calefactores que permiten una
amplia gama de temperaturas y tiempos de calentamiento.
La base calefactora, proporciona una buena transferencia de calor
uniformemente repartido en la parte inferior del bidón, que suele ser
precisamente la más problemática, mientras que los anillos lo hacen de
manera suave sobre la pared lateral.
Base y anillos disponen en el interior de un difusor de acero al carbono y
las partes exteriores en acabado de pintura acrílica. El aislamiento
térmico es de fibra de vidrio de 40 mm de espesor.
Con cada anillo, se suministra un aro toroidal flexible y aislante, en forma
de junta, que es necesario adaptar entre el bidón y la parte superior del
anillo para evitar la convección del aire hacia el exterior.
The system is made up of a base heater and ring heaters that allow for a
wide range of temperature and heating times.
The base heater gives good heat transfer which is uniformly distributed
under the base of the drum that is usually the most problematical area,
while the rings heat mildly around the lateral walls.
Both the base and the rings have a carbon steel interior diffuser and
exterior covering finished with acrylic painting. A fibre glass 40 mm
thermal insulation is provided.
Each ring heater is supplied with a flexible insulating toroidal hoop
gasket which must be applied between the drum and the top part of the
ring to avoid establishment of a convection current towards the exterior.

Las curvas que damos a continuación están basadas en ensayos
realizados con bidones de 200 l llenos de agua (calor específico 1).
Para otros productos, los tiempos estarán en función de: calor latente de
fusión, calor específico, peso específico, etc.
The performance data presented is based on tests carried out with 200 l
drum filled with water (specific heat1).
For other products the heat up times will be depending on: latent heat of
fusion, specific heat, specific gravity, etc.
