“Let’s help blow this smokescreen being
set by the unions away”
Randy, currently one of his location’s top SSRs, grew up in the former
Soviet Union. He wrote this heartfelt plea to his fellow partners:
I was raised in the former Soviet Union. I lived under Communism, which
in itself means a classless society where everyone is treated the same
without any ups or downs for your life. To me, unions are nothing more
than a synonym for Communism. I was employed for 13 years as a letter
carrier for the U.S. Postal Service and I never joined the union. I was often
told by union officials that if it wasn’t for the union, I wouldn’t be making the money I was making. My answer
was, “You’re right, I would be making more money!”
UNIONS—Just hearing that word makes my blood boil and hearing it in the same breath with Cintas makes me
want to cry. I wake up every morning and can’t wait to go to work. My family and I thank Cintas for all they
have given us. I love Cintas! My family loves Cintas! If you put 100% into your work and take pride in your
work, you will be rewarded by Cintas. Partners, let’s help blow this smokescreen being set by the unions away.

están sembrando los sindicatos”
Randy, actualmente uno de los mejores SSRs de su plantel, creció en la antigua
Unión Soviética. Desde el fondo de su corazón, imploró a sus compañeros:
Yo me crié en lo que fuera la Unión Soviética. Viví bajo el comunismo, lo
cual quiere decir que existe una sociedad donde la clase no importa y a
todo el mundo lo tratan igual sin ningún altibajo en la vida. Para mí, los
sindicatos no son más que un sinónimo del comunismo. Yo trabajé por 13
años como cartero para el Servicio Postal de EE.UU. y nunca me uní a un
sindicato. Muchas veces los oficiales sindicales me decían que, si no fuera por el sindicato, no estaría ganando lo
que ganaba. Mi respuesta era, “¡Tienes razón, estaría ganando más dinero!”
SINDICATOS – Con solo oír la palabra me hierve la sangre y oírla en la misma oración con Cintas me da ganas de
llorar. Cada mañana me levanto y no puedo esperar a llegar al trabajo. Mi familia y yo le agradecemos a Cintas
por todo lo que nos ha dado. ¡Amo a Cintas! ¡Mi familia ama a Cintas! Si das el 100% en tu trabajo y estás
orgulloso de tu trabajo, Cintas te va a recompensar. Compañeros, ayudemos a eliminar la confusión que están
sembrando los sindicatos.
