Important recommendations: a) Use of this product is feasible only in combination with other parts of the total equipment needed. Therefore check carefully whether the product is compatible with other parts/components of the said equipment. Each of the components constituting the system ought to have the relevant CE CERTIFICATE. b) Lifetime of this product will be extended if it is used with care. In particular avoid rubbing against abrasive surfaces and/or sharp edges. SAFETY MEASURES AND WARNINGS a) There are innumerable or even unimaginable possible modes of use of this device. Only techniques shown in the figures that are not crossed out or displaying a skull are recommended and covered by the warranty. b) This device must be used exclusively by adequately skilled persons otherwise the user must be constantly supervised by trained personnel, who must guarantee for the safety. This includes liability against damages, injuries and death incurred by improper use or misuse of the equipment. c) Do not hesitate to retire the device after a major fall or a major impact. It may cause internal or invisible damage that may significantly weaken its strength. In case of uncertainty treat the device as damaged or consult ANTHRON. d) Regular periodical inspections should be carried out by an authorised person at least once a year. For this purpose an inspection record should be established (see the backside of these instructions). Furthermore we would sincerely recommend one set of equipment is used by one person only as its history of use is best traced and understood in this way. e) Reject to use any retired or not regularly inspected devices. These devices must be destroyed to prevent any further use. f) Prolonged use in salty environments (e.g. sea cliffs) may affect the performance of the product. g) Do not expose the device to significant heat or cold (see work and stock temperature). h) Avoid any contact with chemical reagents as they may affect the performance of this product. Contact the producer if in doubt. i) In very dirty, muddy or icy conditions performance may be affected. j) It is essential to assess the reliability and security of the entire safety system you are relying on (adequate resistance of the anchors and their correct positioning to arrest a fall and prevent pendulum effects, correct positioning of the ropes – e.g. protecting sharp edges, redundancy, etc.). Before and after each use it is essential to check carefully the device and verify its integrity. Before each use carry out an operational test of the safety system by test-loading it with your body weight while secured by other means. Figure 1: ATTACHING THE DEVICE TO THE ROPE All rescue pulleys have rotating side plates. Spread them apart enough to enable the insertion of the rope (about 90°). Insert the rope, align the side plates back together and lock them by clipping a carabiner into one of pulley's clipping holes. Figure 2: CORRECT POSITIONING The pulleys should hang free of impediment from the carabiner or other obstructions and should be aligned with the axis of pull. Carabiners may be clipped into all three clipping holes simultaneously with arbitrary pulling directions to hold the pulley firmly in position. Figure 4: INSTALLATION WITH BLOCKING OF THE ROPE (“PROGRESS CAPTURE SYSTEMS“) Before relying on the system always test it and verify that the used rope clamp is jamming in the correct direction. WARNING: The loading capacity of the system is reduced to the loading capacity of the rope clamp (4 kN). Figure 5: TRAVERSE LINE SYSTEMS Temporary anchors on traverse line systems may be constructed by connecting additional tow and back lines into side clipping holes of the pulley and blocking them. The same lines may be used to move the load along the main load bearing line. Single or doubled, the pulleys may also be used for high speed Tyrolean traverses (e.g. the flying fox setups). GENERAL INFORMATION Packing, storage, maintenance and cleaning Each product is packed with its INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE in a card box. Proper maintenance and storage are imperative to ensure correct functioning of the product (as well as all your equipment) and thus your safety. Clean the product with a brush under running cold water of domestic supply. If the stains persist, clean it in warm water (maximum 30 °C) with ordinary soap. Then rinse thoroughly, wipe it with a towel and dry naturally in a shaded ventilated place away from sources of heat. If needed, lube sparingly the moving parts of a clean device with silicon based oil. Temperatures While it is allowed to use this product within the temperature range from -40 °C to 80 °C, it is advisable to stock it in a dry place at room temperature. Lifetime and service time Lifetime of the product is set by the date of production and is theoretically unlimited. Service time starts with the date of first use and depends on frequency and mode of application, on the environment where it is used (marine, cave, corrosive atmosphere), and on mechanical wear and damage. Provided its correct use (in concordance with these instructions), the service time at average use is expected to be 7 years. Guarantee and its limitations This product is guaranteed for 3 years from purchase against any faults in materials or manufacture. The guarantee does not apply in cases of misuse, normal wear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, accident, negligence, damage, or if the product is used for a purpose it was not designed for. If you discover a defect, you should return the product to the reseller you purchased the product from or directly to ANTHRON. Prüfen Sie daher sorgsam, ob das Produkt mit anderen Teilen / Komponenten des gesamten Systems vereinbar ist. Jede der einzelnen Systemkomponenten muss über ein CE Zertifikat verfügen. b) Die Lebensdauer des Produkts kann sich bei vorsichtiger Handhabung entsprechend verlängern. Es muss besonders darauf geachtet werden, dass das Produkt nicht über abreibende Oberflächen und / oder scharfe Kanten gezerrt wird. SICHERHEITSMASSNAHMEN UND WARNUNGEN: a) Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten des Produkts, das Sie erworben haben, sind vielfältig und praktisch zahllos. Daher empfehlen wir und leisten Gewähr nur für diejenigen, die auf den Abbildungen in dieser Anweisung abgebildet sind und nicht durchgestrichen sind, bzw. neben ihnen kein Zeichen für Gefahr (Totenkopf) erscheint. b) Das Produkt kann ausschließlich von ausreichend qualifizierten und geschulten Personen benutzt werden. Andernfalls muss der Benutzer unter ständiger Aufsicht eines Instruktors sein, der Verantwortung für die Sicherheit des Benutzers trägt. Die Verantwortung erstreckt sich dabei auch auf Haftung für womögliche Personen- oder Sachschäden und für Todesverursachung durch unsachgemäße Verwendung oder Missbrauch der Ausrüstung. c) Im Falle eines stärkeren Stoßes oder Ü berlastung empfehlen wir, das Produkt aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht weiter zu gebrauchen, weil dies zu unsichtbaren Schäden geführt haben konnte, die die Festigkeit des Produkts reduzieren. Im Zweifelsfalle betrachten Sie das Produkt als beschädigt oder wenden sich an ANTHRON d.o.o. d) Einmal jährlich sollte das Produkt von einer befähigten Person kontrolliert werden, um die einwandfreie Funktionsweise sicherzustellen. Zur eigenen Sicherheit ist eine Liste der Kontrollen zu führen (auf der letzten Seite dieser Anweisung). Außerdem ist ausdrücklich zu empfehlen, dass ein Ausrüstungsset lediglich von einer Person benutzt wird, da auf diese Weise die Verwendung dieses Produkts besser nachvollziehbar ist. e) Der Gebrauch von Produkten, die nicht kontrolliert wurden oder aus dem Gebrauch genommen wurden, ist strengstens untersagt. Mangelhafte Produkte müssen aus Sicherheitsgründen entsorgt werden um ihren weiteren Einsatz zu verhindern. schmutziger, salziger (z.B. auf Meeresklippen) oder säurehaltiger Umgebung kann die Funktionsweise und Lebensdauer des Produkts erheblich beeinflussen. g) Das Produkt darf nicht extrem hohen oder niedrigen Temperaturen ausgesetzt werden (zusätzliche Empfehlungen befinden sich auf der vorletzten Seite dieser Anweisung). h) Schützen Sie das Produkt auch vor Einwirkung jeglicher chemischen Mittel, da sich diese schädlich auf die Qualität des Produkts auswirken könnten. Im Zweifelsfalle kontaktieren Sie ANTHRON d.o.o. i) Es ist von grundlegender Bedeutung, dass das gesamte System der Personensicherung vor Kletterbeginn auf Zuverlässigkeit geprüft wird (entsprechende Tragfähigkeit der Verankerungen, richtige Seilführung in Bezug auf die mögliche Sturzrichtung und Meidung scharfer Kanten, usw.). GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNGEN Aus Sicherheitsgründen sollte vor und nach jedem Gebrauch geprüft werden, ob sich die Ausstattung in einwandfreiem Zustand befindet. Wir empfehlen, dass vor jedem Gebrauch ein Test der ordentlichen F u n k t i o n s w e i s e d e r Vo r r i c h t u n g , s o w i e d e s g e s a m t e n Sicherungssystems durchgeführt wird, wobei man es, entsprechend abgesichert, mit dem eigenen Körpergewicht belastet. Abbildung 1: EINLEGEN DES SEILS Alle für Rettungsmaßnahmen geeignete Seilrollen haben bewegliche Seitenteile. Schieben Sie die Seitenteile soweit auseinander, dass dazwischen problemlos ein Seil eingelegt werden kann (ca. 90°). Danach führen Sie die Seitenteile wieder zusammen in die Ausgangsstellung und hängen einen Karabiner in eines der Aufhängelöcher der Seilrolle ein. Abbildung 2: RICHTIGE PLATZIERUNG Die Seilrolle sollte ohne jegliche Behinderung durch nahe liegende Gegenstände oder der Struktur bzw. Form des Karabiners belastet werden, ihre Ausrichtung sollte der Zugachse entsprechen. Karabiner können gleichzeitig in alle drei/vier Aufhängelöcher eingehängt werden und können dabei eine beliebige Zugrichtung haben. Abbildung 3: Ü BERTRAGUNGSSYSTEME Siehe Darstellung auf Abbildung 3. Abbildung 4: BLOCKIERSYSTEME Bevor Sie ein Sicherungssystem verwenden und sich darauf verlassen, prüfen Sie die Klemme immer auf richtige Blockierrichtung. WARNUNG: Die Belastbarkeit des Sicherungssystems verringert sich auf die Belastbarkeit der Seilklemme (4 kN). Abbildung 5: TRAVERSEN Zeitweilige Ankerstellen an Traversen können so eingerichtet werden, dass die Seilrolle am Tragseil über Seitenlöcher zusätzlich mit dem Zugseil und dem Bremsseil verbunden wird, die beide blockiert werden. Beide Seile können auch zum Befördern der Last am Tragseil entlang eingesetzt werden. Die Seilrollen können mit einfacher oder zweifacher Absicherung auch zum schnellen Abseilen an Tiroler Traversen (wie z.B. der Fliegende Fuchs) verwendet werden. ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN Verpackung, Lagerung, Wartung und Reinigung Jedes Produkt, einschließlich der GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG, ist einzeln im Karton verpackt. Die entsprechende Lagerung und Wartung sind von wesentlicher Bedeutung für die Erhaltung des Produkts (wie auch der gesamten Sicherungsausrüstung) im einwandfreien Zustand und garantieren somit auch ihre persönliche Sicherheit. Das Produkt kann mit Bürste unter laufendem Wasser gereinigt werden. Im Falle hartnäckiger Verschmutzung kann auch ein mildes Spülmittel und warmes Wasser (bis 30 °C) verwendet werden. Nach einer solchen Reinigung das Produkt immer gut mit reinem Wasser abspülen, mit einem Tuch abwischen und an einem schattigen und gut durchlüfteten Ort trocknen lassen. Es darf keinen Wärmequellen ausgesetzt werden. Nach Bedarf sollten lediglich die beweglichen Teile vorsichtig mit Silikonöl eingeschmiert werden, achten Sie dabei, dass die anderen Teile der Vorrichtung nicht verschmutzt werden. Temperaturen Obwohl der Gebrauch dieses Produkts innerhalb des Temperaturbereichs von -40 °C bis 80 °C erlaubt ist, sollte die Vorrichtung bei Zimmertemperatur und von Wärmequellen entfernt gelagert werden. Lebensdauer Die Lebensdauer des Produkts beginnt mit dem Datum seiner Herstellung und ist theoretisch unbegrenzt. Die Gebrauchsdauer beginnt mit dem Tag der ersten Verwendung und wird durch folgende Faktoren beeinflusst: Häufigkeit und Art der Verwendung, Umgebung (Meeresnähe, Höhlen, korrosive Oberflächen) in der das Produkt verwendet wird, mechanischer Verschleiß und Beschädigungen. Bei ordnungsgemäßem Gebrauch (wie in dieser Anweisung angeführt) beträgt die Gebrauchsdauer dieses Produkts bei durchschnittlicher Verwendung 7 Jahre. Garantiebedingungen und -einschränkungen Der Hersteller gewährt für dieses Produkt eine 3-jährige Garantiefrist, im Falle von Mängeln im Material und / oder Herstellungsfehlern. Diese Garantie gilt nicht im Falle unsachgemäßer Behandlung, normalen Verschleißes, nicht autorisierter Eingriffe oder Ä nderungen, falscher Lagerung, Unfälle, Fahrlässigkeit und in Fällen von Anwendungen, für welche dieses Produkt nicht vorgesehen ist. Falls ein Fehler ermittelt wird, senden Sie das Produkt zurück an den Verkäufer oder direkt an den Hersteller. Das Unternehmen ANTHRON d.o.o. haftet nicht für die Folgen direkter oder indirekter Schäden, die aus dem Gebrauch seiner Produkte hervorgehen. ESPAÑ OL Este dispositivo se diseñó para ofrecerle un grado de seguridad esperado del equipo de protección personal de acuerdo con la Directiva Europea 89/686/EEC. Recomendaciones importantes: a) El uso de este producto es factible solamente en combinación con las otras partes del equipo total necesario. Esto incluye la responsabilidad contra daños, lesiones y muerte incurridos por el uso incorrecto o mal uso del equipo. c) No dude al retirar el dispositivo después de una caída o impacto importantes. Puede causar un daño interno o invisible que puede debilitar significativamente su resistencia. En caso de incertidumbre trate el dispositivo como dañado o consulte a ANTHRON. d) Las inspecciones periódicas regulares deben ser realizadas por una persona autorizada al menos una vez al año. Para este fin, se debe establecer un registro de inspección (consulte el dorso de estas instrucciones). Además, recomendamos sinceramente que un conjunto del equipo sea utilizado por una persona solamente ya que su historial de uso se sigue y comprende mejor de esta manera. e) No use los dispositivos que no se inspeccionan regularmente o que están retirados. Estos dispositivos se deben destruir para evitar su uso futuro. f) El uso prolongado en ambientes sucios o con sal (por ej. acantilado en el mar) puede afectar el desempeño del producto. g) No exponga el dispositivo al calor o frío significativo (consulte la temperatura del depósito y trabajo). h) Evite el contacto con los agentes químicos ya que pueden afectar el rendimiento de este producto. Comuníquese con el productor si tiene dudas. i) En condiciones de mucha suciedad, barro o hielo se puede afectar el rendimiento. j) Es fundamental evaluar la confiabilidad y seguridad de todo el sistema de seguridad en el que confía (resistencia adecuada de los anclajes y su posicionamiento correcto para detener las caídas y evitar los efectos de péndulo, el posicionamiento correcto de las sogas, por ej. proteger los bordes filosos, la redundancia, etc.). OPERACIÓ N DE LOS DISPOSITIVOS Antes y después de cada uso es fundamental revisar con cuidado el dispositivo y verificar su integridad. Antes de cada uso realice una prueba operacional del sistema de seguridad al realizar una prueba de sobrecarga con el peso de su cuerpo mientras asegura con otros medios. Figura 1: COLOCAR EL DISPOSITIVO EN LA CUERDA Todas las poleas de rescate tienen placas laterales rotativas. Sepárelas lo suficiente para permitir colocar la cuerda (aproximadamente 90°). Inserte la cuerda, alinee las placas laterales juntas y bloquéelas al sujetar un mosquetón en uno de los orificios de sujeción de la polea. Figura 2: POSICIONAMIENTO CORRECTO Las poleas deben colgar sin impedimento del mosquetón u otras obstrucciones y se deben alinear con el eje de tiro. Los mosquetones se pueden sujetar en todos los tres/cuatro orificios de sujeción de forma simultánea con las direcciones de tiro arbitrarias para sostener la polea firmemente en la posición. Figura 3: SISTEMAS DE TRANSPORTE (VENTAJA MECÁ NICA) Como se muestra en la figura 3. Figura 4: INSTALACIÓ N CON BLOQUEO DE LA CUERDA (SISTEMA DE CAPTURA DE PROGRESO) Antes de confiar en el sistema siempre pruébelo y verifique que la abrazadera de la cuerda usada esté trabada en la dirección correcta. ADVERTENCIA: la capacidad de carga del sistema es reducida a la capacidad de carga de la abrazadera de la cuerda (4 kN). Figura 5: SISTEMAS DE LÍNEA TRANSVERSAL Los anclajes temporales en los sistemas de línea transversal se pueden construir al conectar líneas de remolque y respaldo adicionales en los orificios de sujeción laterales de la polea y al bloquearlos. Las mismas líneas se pueden usar para mover la carga por la línea de marcación de carga. Simples o dobles, las poleas también se pueden usar para las tirolinas de alta velocidad. INFORMACIÓ N GENERAL Empaque, almacenamiento, mantenimiento y limpieza Cada producto se empaqueta con sus INSTRUCCIONES DE USO en una caja de cartón. El mantenimiento adecuado y almacenamiento son indispensables para asegurar el funcionamiento correcto del producto (y de todo su equipo) y su seguridad. Limpie el producto con un cepillo bajo agua corriente fría del suministro doméstico. Si las manchas persisten, límpielas en agua tibia (máximo de 30° C) con jabón común. Temperaturas Aunque se permite usar este producto dentro de un rango de temperatura de -40° C a 80° C, se aconseja guardarlo en un lugar seco a temperatura ambiente. Tiempo de servicio y vida útil La vida útil del producto se establece según la fecha de producción y teóricamente es ilimitada. El tiempo del servicio comienza con la fecha del primer uso y depende de la frecuencia y el modo de aplicación en el entorno mientras se usa (marino, cueva, atmósfera corrosiva) y en el desgaste mecánico y daño. Si se usa correctamente (de acuerdo con estas instrucciones), el tiempo de servicio en uso promedio se espera que sea de 7 años. Garantía y limitaciones Este producto posee garantía de 3 años a partir de la compra contra cualquier falla en los materiales o la fabricación. La garantía no se aplica en casos de mal uso, desgaste normal, modificaciones no autorizadas o alteraciones, uso incorrecto, mantenimiento incorrecto, accidente, negligencia, daño o si el producto se usa para el fin designado. Si descubre un defecto, devuelva el producto al revendedor donde compró el producto o directamente a ANTHRON. FUNCIONAMENTO DOS DISPOSITIVOS É muito importante verificar o dispositivo com cuidado antes e depois de cada utilização e verificar a sua integridade. Antes de cada utilização, realize um teste de funcionamento do sistema de segurança fazendo um ensaio de carga com o peso do seu próprio corpo enquanto fixado por outros meios. Figura 1: ENGATAR O DISPOSITIVO À CORDA Todas as roldanas de salvamento têm placas laterais giratórias. Separeas o suficiente para permitir a inserção da corda (cerca de 90°). Introduza a corda, alinhe as placas laterais em conjunto e trave-as ao prender o mosquetão num dos furos de aperto da roldana. Figura 2: POSICIONAMENTO CORRECTO As roldanas devem estar penduradas livres de impedimento do mosquetão ou de outras obstruções e devem estar alinhadas com o eixo de puxar. Os mosquetões podem ser engatados em todos os três/quatro furos de engate simultaneamente em sentidos de puxar arbitrários diferentes para segurar firmemente a roldana em posição. Figura 4: INSTALAÇÃ O COM OBSTRUÇÃ O DA CORDA (SISTEMAS DE PROGRESSO DE CAPTAÇÃ O) Antes de confiar no sistema, teste-o sempre e verifique se a braçadeira da corda utilizada está a empastelar no sentido correcto. AVISO: A capacidade de carga do sistema fica reduzida à capacidade de carga da braçadeira da corda (kN 4). Figura 5: SISTEMAS DE LINHA TRANSVERSAL Podem ser construídas âncoras provisórias nos sistemas de linha transversal ao ligar linhas adicionais de reboque e de fundo nos furos de engate laterais da roldana e obstruindo-as. As mesmas linhas podem ser utilizadas para movimentar a carga ao longo da linha principal do rolamento de carga. As roldanas simples ou duplas também podem ser utilizadas para travessias tirolesas em alta velocidade. INFORMAÇÕ ES GERAIS Embalagem, armazenamento, manutenção e limpeza Cada produto é embalado com as respectivas INSTRUÇÕ ES DE UTILIZAÇÃ O numa caixa de cartão. A manutenção e o armazenamento apropriados são imperativos para assegurar o funcionamento correcto do produto (assim como todo o seu equipamento), incluindo a sua segurança. Limpe o produto com uma escova sob água corrente fria de abastecimento doméstico. Se as manchas persistirem, limpe-o em água morna (máximo 30 °C) com sabão comum. Depois enxagúe completamente, limpe-o com uma toalha e deixe secar naturalmente num local à sombra ventilado e afastado de fontes de calor. Se necessário, lubrifique as peças móveis com moderação de um dispositivo limpo com silicone com base em óleo. Temperaturas Embora seja permitida a utilização deste produto em temperaturas que variem entre os -40 °C e os 80 °C, é aconselhável armazená-lo num lugar seco à temperatura ambiente. Ciclo de vida e tempo de serviço O ciclo de vida do produto é estabelecido pela data de fabrico e é teoricamente ilimitado. O tempo de serviço começa com a data da primeira utilização e depende da frequência e modo de aplicação, do ambiente onde é utilizado (marinha, caverna, atmosfera corrosiva), e do desgaste mecânico e dos danos. Se for utilizado correctamente (de acordo com estas instruções), espera-se que o tempo de serviço com uma utilização média seja de 7 anos. Garantia e limitações Este produto tem uma garantia de 3 anos a contar da data da compra contra quaisquer falhas estruturais nos materiais ou fabrico. A garantia não se aplica a casos de uso indevido, desgaste normal, modificações ou alterações não autorizadas, utilização imprópria, manutenção inadequada, acidente, negligência, danos, ou se o produto for utilizado para um fim diferente daquele para o qual foi concebido. Se detectar um defeito, devolva o produto ao revendedor onde comprou o produto ou directamente à ANTHRON.
