INFORMATION
CONTENTED IN MGC HERBARIUM
AND HIS DATA BASE INCLUDED IN
GBIF.
1. La Universidad de Málaga tiene la
exclusividad en el control y propiedad intelectual
de los datos incluidos en el Herbario MGC y de
la base de datos contenida en GBIF.
1. The University of Málaga possesses the
exclusive intellectual property as well as the
unique right to control the information included in
MGC Herbarium and those that are exposed in
GBIF data base coming from MGC.
2. El Herbario MGC no se responsabiliza de la
exactitud, fiabilidad y grado de cobertura de los
datos, ni del uso que se les dé.
2. MGC Herbarium is not responsible for the
accuracy, reliability and level of coverage in the
information, neither for the use they are given.
3. Se prohíbe el uso comercial de los datos, o
cualquier actividad que conlleve beneficio económico, sin el consentimiento explícito del
Herbario MGC.
3. Any kind of commercial use of the
information, as well as any sort of lucrative
activity is forbidden. They must be allowed only
by a written permission from the MGC
Herbarium.
4. Los datos serán para uso personal de los
investigadores.
Quedan
estrictamente
prohibidas la edición, reproducción, redistribución, adición o reducción total o parcial de la
información, incluida explícitamente su incorporación a otras bases de datos de acceso libre
o restringido.
4. Data are provided on an end-user basis. That
is, data are provided to users, but should not be
passed on to third parties or redistributed. They
mustn’t be added, reduced or changed in any
way. It is explicitly forbidden to incorporate these
data into other databases of free or restricted
access.
5. El material del Herbario podrá ser solicitado
para cualquier trabajo de investigación. Si dicha
investigación diera lugar a publicaciones o
informes, los pliegos deberán ser citados
mediante las siglas “MGC seguido del número
de registro correspondiente”. Dado que la
información del herbario MGC se encuentra
contenida en la base de datos del GBIF, de
acceso público y gratuito, se prohíbe la inclusión
de los datos del material prestado en cualquier
otra base de datos pública o privada.
5. The material from the Herbarium can be
applied for in any investigation project. Whether
this investigation published whatever sort of
publication or report, the sheets must be refered
employing the MGC letters followed by the
correspondent registration number of the sheet.
Given MGC information is contained in GBIF
data base, of free and public access, it is
forbidden the use of borrowed material in any
other public or restricted data base.
6. La institución de la que se han obtenido los
datos (Universidad de Málaga) debe ser citada. El
uso de la información del Herbario MGC contenida
en la base de datos disponible en GBIF, conlleva
la obligación de reconocer y citar su uso
explícitamente (ver "como citar este recurso"
6. The institution where the information comes
from (Univer-sity of Málaga) must be mentionned. The use of the information from MGC
Herbarium, exposed in GBIF data base, implies
the obligation of recognize and mention explicitly
its utilization (see "how to cite this resourse"

7. El usuario se compromete a que la
información obtenida no sea utilizada en
detrimento de la conservación de la flora, ni en
procesos que alteren irrever-siblemente el
equilibrio ecológico (extracción indiscriminada o
intro-ducción de especies).
7. The information must not be used to damage
the Flora neither to develope processes that
might alter definitely the ecological balance
(indiscriminate extraction or foreign species
introduction).
El Herbario MGC, se reserva el derecho de
actuar legalmente contra los infractores de
estas condiciones de uso.
The Herbarium MGC, reserves the right to
pursue legal actions against those infringing these conditions of use.
