To join as a member the International Network of European Citizenship, created in
the frame of the project “Citizens for United Europe” by its partners and coordinator
– the General Directorate of Immigration at the Ministry of Social Affairs of the
Community of Madrid.
Q
To facilitate its organisational contact details, website, profile and person in charge
for the communication and collaboration among the members of the network.
Q
To collaborate with the members of the network in preparation, presentation and
management of European projects in the frame of programmes of common interest.
Q
To work for the promotion and diffusion of the active citizenship concept among
the target groups of the organization, its scope and region of activities.
Thus the undersigned member undertakes to:

Take all the steps needed to prepare, perform and correctly manage its participation in the
network in accordance with the objectives of the network as set out below.

To forward to the Coordinator any information or document that the latter requests and that
is needed for the coordination of the network.
·
In all publications in connection with this network (including publication on Internet), any
reference to the financial support awarded by the Commission for the network creation
shall be accompanied by a clearly worded statement that the content of such publication is
the sole responsibility of its authors and in no way represents the opinions of the
Commission or its departments.
The International Network of European Citizenship (INEC) is created by the partners of the
project “CITIZENS FOR UNITED EUROPE”, executed in the frame of the EC
PROGRAMME “EUROPE FOR CITIZENS” in 2010-2011. It has the following objectives:

1. To promote the citizens’ participation in the construction of democratic and
united Europe, enriched by its cultural and linguistic diversity among
citizens from Spain, Poland, Sweden, Bulgaria and Italy, opened for members
from other countries;
2. To reflect on our values as European Union from the position of our cultural
identity, fostering a sense of ownership of the European Union among its
citizens;
3. To stimulate the enhancement of the knowledge of other cultures, the
intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding between the European
citizens;
4. To ensure the sustainable cooperation among the organizations active in the
European citizenship field;
5. To establish permanent relationship among different European countries,
fostering collaboration and partnerships possibilities.
This declaration regulates the relationships between the network’s members and their
respective rights and obligations arising from the participation in the network according to
the project activities, for which has been awarded the already mentioned grant by the
EACEA.

Q Para unirse como miembro de la Red Internacional de la ciudadanía europea, creada
en el marco del proyecto "Los ciudadanos de la Europa Unida" por sus socios y
coordinador - la Dirección General de Inmigración del Ministerio de Asuntos Sociales de
la Comunidad de Madrid.
Q Para facilitar sus datos de contacto de la organización, página web, el perfil y la
persona encargada de la comunicación y colaboración entre los miembros de la red.
Q Para colaborar con los miembros de la red en la preparación, presentación y gestión
de proyectos europeos en el marco de programas de interés común.
Q Para trabajar por la promoción y difusión del concepto de ciudadanía activa entre los
grupos objetivo de la organización, su alcance y en la región de las actividades.
Así, el miembro que suscribe se compromete a:
• Tomar todas las medidas necesarias para preparar, realizar y dirigir correctamente su
participación en la red de acuerdo con los objetivos de la red que figura a continuación.
• Remitir a la Coordinadora de cualquier información o documento que las solicitudes de
este último y que es necesaria para la coordinación de la red.
• En todas las publicaciones en relación con esta red (incluyendo la publicación en
Internet), ninguna referencia a la ayuda financiera concedida por la Comisión para la
creación de la red deberá ir acompañada de una declaración formulada de manera clara
que el contenido de esta publicación es responsabilidad exclusiva de sus los autores y de
ninguna manera representa la opinión de la Comisión o sus servicios.
La Red Internacional de la ciudadanía europea (INEC) es creado por los socios del
proyecto "Ciudadanos por Europa unida", ejecutado en el marco de la Comunidad
Europea Programa «Europa con los ciudadanos" en 2010-2011. Tiene los siguientes

objetivos:
1. Para promover la participación de los ciudadanos en la construcción de la democracia
y la Europa unida, enriquecida por su diversidad cultural y lingüística de los ciudadanos
de España, Polonia, Suecia, Bulgaria e Italia, abierto a miembros de otros países;
2. Para reflexionar sobre nuestros valores como la Unión Europea desde la posición de
nuestra identidad cultural, fomentando un sentido de pertenencia a la Unión Europea
entre sus ciudadanos;
3. Para estimular la mejora del conocimiento de otras culturas, el diálogo intercultural y el
entendimiento mutuo entre los ciudadanos europeos;
4. Para asegurar la cooperación sostenible entre las organizaciones activas en el campo
de la ciudadanía europea;
5. Para establecer una relación permanente entre los distintos países europeos, el
fomento de las posibilidades de colaboración y alianzas.
Esta declaración se regula las relaciones entre los miembros de la red y sus respectivos
derechos y obligaciones derivados de la participación en la red de acuerdo a las
actividades del proyecto, para lo cual se ha concedido la subvención ya se ha
mencionado por la EACEA.
