machines. Cognetex is now experiencing strong growth and it is present in the key markets, with a network
of 25+ external distributors across three continents. Cognetex is an independent, privately-owned company,
currently employing roughly 40 people in its headquarters in Italy.
After Sales Manager (spare parts)
The After Sales Manager reports to the CEO, located in Imola (Bologna, Italy). The position asks for a person
with a university background in business or engineering, strong language skills, and an engaged personality.
The person will work within the spare parts department (in Imola, Italy), which represents an important part
of Cognetex turnover.
Major Tasks will include:

Taking part to international fairs
Expanding the distribution network, with a strong focus on South America
Implementing and designing a new online spare parts strategy
Negotiate spare parts pricing with external distributors
Managing incoming orders in a team

A business or engineering degree. A year work experience preferred, but not required.
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (Italian is a plus)
Time flexibility and ability to travel up to 40%
Spanish and South American background preferred
