La MIGSTAR NAVY è stata appositamente studiata in collaborazione con i maggiori cantieri navali italiani ed internazionali per risolvere
specifiche problematiche e offrire funzioni indispensabili per la cantieristica. Questi generatori permettono la saldatura ad ELETTRODO
RIVESTITO (MMA) e a FILO (MIG-MAG) con l’utilizzo di filo standard e tubolare, di acciaio, acciaio inox, alluminio e rame. Tutte le funzioni
sono poste sul trainafilo, denominato NAVY 4, che costituisce una vera e propria parte di completamento dell’impianto, in questo modo
siamo in grado di soddisfare le esigenze più disparate. Inoltre il generatore è dotato di sistema di spegnimento automatico che oltre a
ridurre il consumo energetico durante il periodo di inattività garantisce maggiore sicurezza all’operatore.

Il WLC è un alimentatore che per le sue caratteristiche può essere adattato a tutte le macchine della gamma STARWELD. Le sue caratteristiche sono: regolazione della tensione di saldatura, regolazione velocità filo, sistema 2/4
tempi, comando spurgo gas, avanzamento filo. Questo alimentatore viene dotato di serie con un sistema di trascinamento del filo a 4 rulli, ma può essere dotato su richiesta di un 2 rulli: i rulli sono azionati da un motore elettrico funzionante in corrente continua e regolato elettronicamente.

This wire feeder is equipped with 4 rolls wire feeding unit, but under request, with 2 rolls. The drive rolls are powered

flusso del gas, stick out (bruciatura filo), 5 programmi di saldatura memorizzabili richiamabili dal frontale. Questo sistema può utilizzare prolunghe di saldatura fino a 50 mt. dal generatore.

PORTABLE WATER COOLING UNIT
Questa unità è particolarmente indicata per il raffreddamento di torce MIG/MAG e TIG; è dotata di maniglia
per un facile trsporto, di un cavo per un rapido allacciamento alla rete 220V e può essere montata su qualsiasi generatore. A richiesta questa unità può essere dotatoa di un flussostato che in unione ad una scheda elettronica controlla il flusso del liquido refrigerante. Una riduzione, oltre ad un certo limite preimpostato
in fabbrica, del flusso di raffreddamento comporta il blocco del generatore ed una segnalazione di insufficiente flusso del liquido refrigerante.
This unit is particularly well suited to cool MIG/MAG and TIG torches; the unit is equipped with a handle for
easy transport, a cable for rapid connection to the 220V mains supply and can be mounted on any generator. On request, this unit can be equipped with a flow switch that controls the flow of the cooling liquid
when combined with an electronic card. A decrease of the cooling flow beyond a given limit pre-set in the
factory causes the generator to shut-down and triggers a signal to indicate insufficient cooling liquid flow.

ergonomischem Griff zum einfachen Transport, Kabel zum Schnellanschluß an 220V-Netz. Die Einheit kann
auf allen Stromerzeugern installiert werden. Auf Wunsch mit Flußmeter und Elektronikkarte zur Kontrolle des
Kühlmitteldurchsatzes. Bei Abfall des Kühlmitteldurchsatzes unter den werkseitig voreingestellten Wert wird
der Stromerzeuger abgeschaltet und eine entsprechende Warnmeldung („unzureichender
Kühlmitteldurchsatz“) ausgegeben.

Deze machine is in het bijzonder zeer geschikt om MIG/MAG en TIG toortsen te koelen; De machine is voorzien van een handvat voor eenvoudig transport, en een kabel voor een snelle aansluiting op de 220 Volt aansluiting. De machine kan worden aangesloten op elke generator. Op verzoek kan deze machine worden voorzien van een stroom schakelaar die in combinatie met het gebruik van een elektronische kaart de stroom
