AVISO DE ENMIENDA A LOS TÉRMINOS DE SU CUENTA DE AHORROS “BANSANDER ORO INDIVIDUAL”
Efectivo el 14 de enero de 2015, entrarán en vigor los siguientes cambios a su cuenta:

El Banco cobrará un cargo de $5.00 por cada pago solicitado a un Representante de Servicio de Banca
Telefónica. Para evitar este cargo, usted puede solicitar el pago a través de e-Banking, Banca Móvil o el
sistema de respuesta de voz interactiva (IVR por sus siglas en inglés) de Banca Telefónica. Para más
información del servicio de Pago Express, refiérase al Contrato de Servicio de Pago de Factura a Través de
Pago Express.
El Banco cobrará un cargo de $23 por transferencias de fondos cablegráficas recibidas.
Efectivo el 14 de enero de 2015, también entrarán en vigor los siguientes cambios al Convenio de Depósito y Otros
Servicios Bancarios:
Sección Enmiendas, Avisos y Notificaciones “El Banco se reserva el derecho de enmendar, modificar, alterar, o revocar este Convenio, cualquiera
de los apéndices y cualquiera de las tarifas aplicables a los servicios que se ofrecen. Todos los
cambios que sean aplicables al producto y/o servicio que el Depositante tenga con el Banco o aplicable
al Depositante, excepto que se provea de otra manera en este Convenio, entrará en vigor 30 días
calendarios a partir de la fecha en que ello sea notificado al Depositante. Tal notificación, a menos que
los reglamentos o leyes en vigor dispongan de otra manera, a opción del Banco, se enviará por correo
ordinario, o se publicará en un periódico de circulación general en Puerto Rico, o se publicará en los
tablones de anuncios del Banco, o todas. El Depositante podrá, antes de expirar el mencionado
período de treinta (30) días calendarios y mediante notificación escrita al Banco, cancelar cualquiera de
los servicios cubiertos bajo este Convenio.
Todos los avisos y notificaciones que no estén cubiertos por disposiciones específicas en este
Convenio, excepto cuando las leyes o reglamentos aplicables dispongan lo contrario, podrán ser a
discreción del Banco, únicamente colocados en los tablones de anuncios en cada una de las
sucursales del Banco y, al así publicarlos, se consideran y serán para todos los propósitos aviso y
notificación efectiva a cada Depositante.”
Secciones III 1.5 y VI 1.3 – disminuir el mínimo de edad de 18 a 17 años.
“…Para que pueda acceder a los cajeros automáticos, el Banco le expedirá la Tarjeta Santander
Express, o cualquier otra tarjeta de débito expedida por el Banco, a Depositantes de 17 años o más,
según se defina en la Divulgación de Cuenta de Depósito.”

As of January 14, 2015, the following changes will go into effect:

The bank will charge $5.00 for every payment requested to a Phone Banking Service Representative. To
avoid such fee, you can make the payment using the following: eBanking (on-line banking), Mobile Banking
or through the Interactive Voice Response system of Phone Banking. For more information of the Pago
Express service, please refer to the Pago Express Bill Payment Service Agreement.
The bank will charge $23.00 for wire transfers received.
Effective January 14, 2015, the following changes to the Deposit and Other Banking Services Agreement will take
place:
Section Amendments and Notices –
“The Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, alter, or revoke this agreement, any of the
addenda and any of the fees applicable to the services that are offered. All changes that are
applicable to the product or service which the Depositor has with the Bank or applicable to the
Depositor, unless it is provided otherwise in this agreement, will enter into force 30 calendar
days from the date on which it is notified to the Depositor. Such notice, unless the regulations
or laws in force dictate in another manner, at the option of the Bank, will be sent by regular
mail, or will be published in a newspaper of general circulation in Puerto Rico, or will be posted
on the bulletin boards of the Bank, or all of the above. The Depositor may, before the
expiration of the thirty (30) calendar day’s period and by written notification to the Bank, cancel
any of the services covered under this agreement.
All notices and communications that are not covered by specific provisions in this Agreement,
except where the laws or applicable regulations have dictated otherwise, shall be at the
discretion of the Bank, by only placing on bulletin boards in each of the branch offices of the
Bank and, by this manner publishing them, are considered and shall for all purposes be
effective notice and communications to each Depositor.”
Sections III 1.5 and VI 1.3 – decrease the minimum age from 18 to 17 years.
“…According to the Deposit Account Disclosure, in order to use the ATMs, the Bank will issue
a Santander Express card or any other debit card to depositors with 17 or more years of age.”
