School” and hereby declare that we are in agreement that our child receives an education
based on Christian principles and values, as outlined in the Statement of Purpose of the
school.
We declare our intention to exercise our constitutional rights, based on article 27.1 of the
Spanish Constitution and other relevant international legislation, to choose the kind of
education that is in agreement with our philosophical, religious and educational convictions.

CONSTITUCIÓN ESPAÑOLA
Artículo 27, apartado 1.
1. Se reconoce la libertad de enseñanza
3. Los poderes públicos garantizan el derecho que asiste a los padres para que sus hijos reciban la
formación religiosa y moral que esté de acuerdo con sus convicciones.
Artículo 10.
1. La dignidad de la persona, los derechos inviolables que le son inherentes, el libre desarrollo de la
personalidad, el respeto a la ley y a los derechos de los demás son fundamento del orden público y
de la paz social.
2. Las normas relativas a los derechos fundamentales y a las libertades que la Constitución reconoce,
se interpretarán de conformidad con la Declaración Universal de Derechos humanos y los tratados y
acuerdos internacionales sobre las mismas materias ratificados por España.
