BVC and DECEVAL, Amendment of the Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) for a possible Corporate Integration
Bogota 8 April 2016 -- Bolsa de Valores de Colombia BVC S.A. (Ticker:
BVC:CB) and Deposito Centralizado de Valores de Colombia DECEVAL S.A.
report that today subscribed an amendment of the MoU, signed on 10 February
2016.
Through this amendment DECEVAL and BVC agreed to allow in the selection
process of the investment banks that will assess the Transaction the
participation of local investment banks

(Ticker: BVC:CB) y el Depósito Centralizado de Valores de Colombia DECEVAL
S.A. informan que el día de hoy suscribieron un Otrosí al MDE, firmado el 10 de
febrero de 2016.
Mediante este Otrosí el DECEVAL y la BVC acordaron permitir que en el
proceso de selección de las bancas de inversión que asesorarán la Transacción
participen bancas de inversión locales.
