KCCP Reunification Instructions
Instructions for Families:
In the event of an emergency, KIPP Comienza Community Prep will activate an emergency
response plan which may include alternative dismissal processes in order to keep our students
accounted for and safe. The procedures are below.
Procedures for KCCP (ALL GRADES)
1. Come to the KCCP Seville drive-thru entrance gate, shown below as the ​
Request Gate​
.
Bring your ID. If someone else besides a parent/guardian is picking your child up, they
must​
be on the emergency contact list and they ​
must​
bring their ID.
a. During an emergency, we might not answer our office phone. Please be sure to
always keep your emergency card updated in the KCCP office.
2. At the Request Gate, have your ID ready. Give your student’s full name. Once verified,
you will be handed a Release Card. Take that release card to the ​
Release Gate​
.
3. Once this happens, a runner will go to get your child and bring them to the Release Gate
to meet you.
4. Hand your release card to the KCCP staff member at the Release Gate. Once verified,
your student will be released to you.

tarjeta de emergencia en la oficina de KCCP.
2. En el ​

, tenga su identificación listo. De el nombre completo de su hijo/a.
Una vez verificado, se le entrega una tarjeta de descargo. Tome esa tarjeta al ​
Release
Gate​
.
3. Una vez que esto sucede, alguien del personal irá a recuperar a su hijo/a y los llevará al
Release Gate ​
para encontrarse con usted.
4. Entregue su tarjeta de descargo al miembro del personal de KCCP en el ​
Release Gate​
.
Una vez verificado, el estudiante será entregado a usted.
