PLEASE NOTE - This is a reimbursement program for making permanent improvements to the
exterior of residential properties in the target area (bounded by Chestnut, Landis Ave. and S. East
Boulevard and Myrtle Street). Reimbursement will occur only after work has been completed
and acceptable receipts have been submitted by applicant. Maximum reimbursement is
$1,000. Reimbursement will be at a rate of 50% of the cost of materials only up to a maximum
reimbursement of $1,000. All improvements must comply with applicable construction codes
and the property owner must obtain required permits. It is the property owner’s responsibility to
determine if permits are needed and to confirm compliance with codes.

FAVOR DE NOTAR – Este es un programa de reembolso para hacer mejoras permanentes al
exterior de las propiedades en el área S.E.C.C. cuya área se comprende desde la avenida
Chestnut hasta la avenida Landis y del S.E. Blvd. hasta la calle Myrtle. El reembolso ocurrirá
solamente después que el trabajo haya sido completado y se hayan sometido recibos
aceptables por el solicitante. El reembolso máximo es de $1,000.00. El reembolso será a razón
del 50% del costo real de los materiales solamente, hasta un máximo reembolsable de
$1,000.00. Toda mejora debe cumplir con códigos de construcción aplicable y el dueño de la
propiedad deberá obtener permisos requeridos. Es la responsabilidad del propietario determinar
si se necesitan permisos y el confirmar cumplimiento con códigos.
He aquí, estoy de acuerdo en hacer las siguientes mejoras bajo este programa:

Pintar el exterior de la casa
Instalar o reparar una verja
Instalar o reparar un camino de entrada
