NOTES:
1. School fees are paid termly and there are three terms per academic year. Prices are normally revised in
February for the next academic year.
2. All fees, charges, lunches, residence, buses, optional classes, school visits etc. must be paid by direct debit.
Bills will be presented to individual bank accounts at the beginning of each term: before the 10th August, 10th
December, and 10th March
3. Pupils joining the school are charged a non-returnable matriculation fee of €1000 per pupil payable on
acceptance of a place at the school. No reimbursement will be made in case of cancellation of a place at any time.
In order to confirm a boarding place, a 3000€ returnable deposit must be paid as well as the 1000€ non-returnable
matriculation fee, this deposit will be returned once your child’s education at King’s College has ended.
4. An annual re-enrolment fee is included in the bill for the third term each year and is debited on the fees for the
first term of the next academic year. Parents of pupils intending to leave the school in June must send in written
confirmation of their departure before 31st January. No refund will be made if notice of departure is given after
31st January.
5. Families are referred to the Declaration they signed on the school application form stating that they would
abide by the conditions of the School, including the payment of fees and charges.
6. An additional charge is made for external examinations, National Curriculum Tests (Key Stage 2), (I).G.C.S.E.,
G.C.E. A Levels, Cambridge, etc. The corresponding amounts are included on the termly bill where applicable.
7. An optional insurance policy is available to guarantee pupils can continue their studies in the case of death or
absolute permanent incapacity of the parents/legal guardian. Full details are available from School Reception.
8. School lunches are compulsory for all pupils. Packed lunches are not permitted.

NOTAS:
1. Los honorarios de escolaridad se pagan por trimestre académico y hay tres trimestres por curso. Normalmente
los precios se revisan en febrero por el próximo curso.
2. Los honorarios de escolaridad, cargos, comida, residencia, rutas escolares, clases opcionales y excursiones etc.
han de ser domiciliados. Los recibos se pasarán directamente a las cuentas bancarias personales al principio de
cada trimestre: antes del 10 de agosto, 10 de diciembre y 10 de marzo.
3. Se abonará una matrícula no retornable de 1.000 € por alumno para confirmar la plaza en el colegio. Esta
cantidad no es retornable aún en caso de cancelación. En adición, para confirmar su reserva en la residencia
Tenbury House, debe abonar un depósito retornable de 3000€. El depósito le será devuelto una vez que su hijo
haya finalizado sus estudios en King’s College.
4. Hay un cargo anual por reinscripción que se incluye en el recibo del tercer trimestre y se descuenta en el primer
recibo del siguiente curso académico. Dicho cargo se hace efectivo a menos que el aviso de la baja se comunique
por escrito al colegio antes del 31 de enero de cada año. El importe de la reinscripción no se devuelve en ningún
caso si la baja se comunica después del 31 de enero.
5. Recordamos a las familias que se remitan a la declaración que firmaron al inscribir a sus hijos en el centro,
obligándoles a cumplir con las condiciones generales del mismo, que incluye el cumplimiento de los pagos.
6. Habrá un cargo adicional por los exámenes externos, National Curriculum Tests (Key Stage 2), (I).G.C.S.E.,
G.C.E. A Levels, Cambridge, etc. Las correspondientes cantidades se incluirán en los recibos trimestrales en los
cursos que correspondan.
7. Existe una póliza de seguro para garantizar que los alumnos puedan continuar sus estudios en caso de
fallecimiento o incapacidad permanente absoluta de los padres o tutores legales. Para su contratación pueden
solicitar más información de la recepción del colegio.
8. El servicio de comedor es obligatorio para todos los alumnos del colegio. No se permite traer comida de casa.
