Le Secrétariat a examiné les pouvoirs présentés par les Membres énumérés à l’Annexe I ci‐jointe ; il a informé le Président du Conseil de ce que ces pouvoirs étaient en bonne et due forme. Le Président a recommandé donc l’adoption de ces pouvoirs par le Conseil à sa 106e Session. 2. La liste des délégations, fondée sur les pouvoirs reçus des Membres, fait l’objet de l’Annexe II. Elle comprend les Membres de l'Accord de 2001 qui n'ont pas encore parachevé les procédures officielles de participation à l'Accord international de 2007 sur le Café mais qui ont dépêché leurs représentants à cette session.
