UZBEKISTAN * Rule 88 of the rules of procedure provides: “…The President shall not permit the proposer of a proposal or of an amendment to explain his vote on his own proposal or amendment.” L’article 88 du règlement intérieur stipule : “…Le Président ne peut pas autoriser l’auteur d’une proposition ou d’un amendement à expliquer son vote sur sa proposition ou sur son amendement.” El articulo 88 del reglamento dispone: “El Presidente no permitirá que el autor de una propuesta o de una enmienda explique su voto obre su propia propuesta o enmienda.”
