1. COMPLETE AND SIGN APPLICATION
 It is important to understand that this application becomes a legal document because you
are applying to attend school in another country. For this reason, the application must
be signed by the student, not by a parent, guardian, or agent.
COMPLETE Y FIRME LA SOLICITUD
Es importante que entienda que esta solicitud se vuelve un documento legal porque usted está
solicitando asistir a una escuela en otro país. Por esta razón, la solicitud debe ser firmada por
el estudiante, no por un padre o tutor.
2. ATTACH THE NON-REFUNDABLE $20.00 APPLICATION FEE
 This fee should accompany your application. You may use a check or a money order.
The payment should be made payable to UNAM-San Antonio. Or you may pay online at
unamsa.edu.
AGREGUE UNA CUOTA NO REEMBOLSABLE DE $20.00 POR LA SOLICITUD.
Esta cuota debe acompañar su solicitud. Puede efectuar el pago mediante cheque u orden de
pago a nombre de la UNAM-San Antonio, o puede pagar en línea en unamsa.edu
3. SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT PHOTO PAGE
 Be sure to include a copy of the photo page of your passport to verify your identity and
age
ENVÍE UNA COPIA DE LA PÁGINA CON FOTOGRAFÍA DE SU PASAPORTE
Asegúrese de incluir una copia de la página con fotografía de su pasaporte para comprobar su
identidad y edad.
4. SUBMIT YOUR AFFIDAVIT OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT
 Please complete the document called Affidavit of Financial Support
 Submit a copy of evidence of your financial support that shows you have funds enough to
support you during the time you will study with UNAM-San Antonio. This evidence can
be a bank statement, a scholarship letter, etc.
ENVÍE LA DECLARACIÓN JURADA DE SOLVENCIA ECONÓMICA
Favor de completar el documento llamado “Affidavit of Financial Support”.
Someta una copia de evidencia de apoyo financiero que muestre que tiene fondos suficientes para
mantenerse durante el tiempo de estudio en la UNAM-San Antonio. Esta evidencia puede ser un
estado de cuenta bancario, una carta de beca, etc.
By submitting this application, I certify that I am seeking to enroll at UNAM-San Antonio and
that the information which I have given on these pages is complete and true to the best of my
knowledge. I agree that if accepted for admission, I shall comply with all the rules and
regulations of the University which may be in effect or which shall be put into effect while I am
a student.
