CLOTHING AND PROPERTY DISPOSITION
STATE PRISON or
PAROLE VIOLATORS
If you are sentenced to state prison or your parole has been revoked.
The California Department of Corrections (CDC) will NOT accept clothing
or personal property items we may be holding for you. Therefore, we
will NOT send anything with you when you are transported to state
prison. If you wish to keep your clothing or personal property, you
must arrange for someone to pick up the items from the appropriate
facility listed below. It is your responsibility to contact this person and
provide them with a written authorization to retrieve your items.
REGULAR RELEASE:
When an inmate is released from Inmate Reception Center (IRC),
Century Regional Detention Facility (CRDF) or Court it's the inmate responsi
bility to retrieve their personal clothing, property and any money that
was deposited in their account. It is their duty to return to the
appropriate facility listed below.
TIME FRAMES:
Your personal items will be maintained at the below locations for the
following time frames. Clothing 30 days, Personal Property 4 months,
and Money 2 months after your release date. After, these times, your
property and clothing will be destroyed and the money will be transferred to the County General Fund. To avoid any problem(s), please
pick up your items.

Si usted está condenado a una prisión estatal o de su libertad condicional ha sido revocada.
El Departamento de Correcciones de California (CDC) no aceptará ropa o artículos de bienes
personales podemos estar de almacenamiento para usted. Por lo tanto, no vamos a enviar nada con
usted cuando sea transportado a una prisión estatal. Si usted desea mantener su ropa o la propiedad
personal, usted debe hacer los arreglos para que alguien recoja su pertenencias de la instalación
correspondiente que figura a continuación. Es su responsabilidad ponerse en contacto con esta
persona y proporcionarles una autorización escrita para recuperar sus artículos
LIBERACION REGULAR:
Cuando un preso en libertad del Inmate Reception Center (IRC), Century Regional Detention
Facility(CDRF),o la Corte es la responsabilidad de el preso de recuperar su ropa personal, los
bienes y el dinero que se deposita en su cuenta. Es su deber para volver a la instalación
correspondiente que figura a continuación.
PLAZOS:
Sus artículos personales se mantendrán en los lugares siguientes para los siguientes plazos. Ropa
30 días, de propiedad personal 4 meses, y el dinero 2 meses después de su fecha de liberación.
Después, estos tiempos, su propiedad y la ropa serán destruidas y el dinero será transferido al
Fondo General del Condado. Para evitar cualquier problema, por favor recoja sus artículos.
