TO THE SPANISH SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (COMISIÓN NACIONAL DEL MERCADO DE VALORES) In compliance with the provisions of Section 82 of Spanish Securities Market Act 24/1988, dated 28 July, TÉCNICAS REUNIDAS, S.A. hereby reports the following MATERIAL INFORMATION PAYMENT OF ADJUSTMENT OF DIVIDEND In accordance with the resolution approved at the General Shareholders´ Meeting of this Company held on June 20th 2008, the final dividend complementary to date July 22nd 2008, once produced the adjustment corresponding to shares that had not the right to receive the payment of the dividend at that date, amounts up to 0.52435385 € gross per share. The amount of the adjustment of the dividend, that amounts up to 0.00935385 € gross per share, shall be paid on July 25th 2008 in accordance with the provisions for custodian institutions, using the methods which IBERCLEAR makes available to the institutions. For said purpose, BBVA is designated as payment agency. In Madrid, on 24th July 2008.
