COUPLING
ASSEMBLY ACOFLEX
1. Join the two halves of the coupling to
the pivots of the axles
2. Draw back the machine with the two
halves until the <<N>> measurement,
as indicated for each size, is reached.

1. Unir las dos mitades del
acoplamientos a los muñones de los
ejes.
2. Retroceder la máquina con las
mitades de acoplamiento hasta
la medida <<N>>.
3. Align the axles until distance <<N>>
between the two halves of the coupling
is reached.
Normally is
sufficient to
carry out
adjustments with
simple measuring
tools since small
inaccuracies in the coupling assembly
can be permitted.

basta ajustar con

medida sencillas,
ya que se pueden

4. The flexible element must be placed
according to the photo above fitting it in
both halves.

colocado de acuerdo a la foto anterior
entre la dos mitades del acoplamiento.
5. Place the protection ring and use a
pin (provided by UNE) to secure the
ring
5. Coloca el anillo protector y utiliza el
pasador (suministrado por UNE) para
asegurar dicho anillo.
Replacement of the flexible element:
Recambio del elemento flexible:
Loosen the protection ring and
put it away.
Remover worn element
Replace it with a new one
Place and tighten again the
protection ring.

Aflojar el anillo protector y
ponerlo a un lado.
Extraer el elemento deteriorado.
Colocar en su lugar el recambio.
Colocar y apretar de nuevo el
anillo protector
