focused
its
efforts
along
the
4th
year
in
defining
operative
actions
following
CONCERTO+
recommendations:
Development
of
a
common
methodology
with
performance
indicators
for
monitoring
the
progress
of
local
communities.
Questionnaires
are
a
critical
tool
for
collecting
data
and
to
obtain
indicators!
But…
things
happen
to
be
quite
complicated:

Questionnaires
are
ignored
Building
Administrators,
simply,
do
not
collaborate
Many
housing
remain
unoccupied...
The
crisis
does
not
help
to
connect
with
neighbors.
They
keep
distant…
Not
too
much
effort
and
time
devoted
(bureaucratic
problems)
