SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
For COSAPI, social responsibility work relates to
business operations that seek the progress of different
stakeholders. In addition to its workers, these can include
shareholders, suppliers, partners, clients, business
associations, the government and the hosting community.
COSAPI has four areas of social intervention: occupational
health and safety; training and local development;

INNOVATION
La cultura de innovación de COSAPI ha permitido integrar
técnicas de construcción que han transformado sus
proyectos, tales como las metodologías Last Planner y BIM
Construction. Asimismo, COSAPI usa innovadoras tecnologías
que permiten superar diversos desafíos, uno de ellos fue el
vaciado de concreto más grande de la historia del país en el
proyecto Nueva Sede Institucional del Banco de la Nación, en
el 2014.
En este proyecto, COSAPI fue la primera empresa peruana de
ingeniería y construcción en emplear el Sistema de Encofrado
Autotrepante, que le permitió construir un edificio de 30
pisos a una velocidad de un piso cada seis días.
Thanks to COSAPI’s culture of innovation, new construction
techniques aimed at transforming its projects have been
introduced, such as the Last Planner and BIM Construction
methodologies. In addition, COSAPI uses innovative
technologies to overcome different challenges, one of
which was the biggest concrete pouring in the history of the
country in the New Corporate Headquarters of the Banco de
la Nación project, in 2014.
In this project, COSAPI was the first Peruvian engineering
and construction company that used the Self-Climbing
Formwork System, which allowed constructing a 30 floor
building at a rate of one floor every six days.

Tiene por objetivo atender la brecha de infraestructura
del país a través de las asociaciones público-privadas
(APP), con la finalidad de asegurar servicios públicos
de calidad.
Cosapi es uno de los principales actores de las APP en
el Perú, forma parte del Consorcio Internacional de la
Linea 2 del Metro de Lima y de la sociedad a cargo del
desarrollo del proyecto de Irrigación Majes Siguas II.
It seeks to bridge the infrastructure gap existing in the
country by means of Public Private Partnerships (PPP)
aimed at ensuring good quality public services.
Cosapi is one of the major stakeholders of PPP in Peru;
it participates in the International Consortium for Line 2
of the Lima Metro system, as well as in the partnership
in charge of developing the Majes Siguas II Irrigation
Project.
