Sabino Arana Fundazioa, in collaboration with
the European Parliament, the Institute of
European Democrats (IED) and the Novia
Salcedo Foundation is organising, for next
Friday 8 April, the seminar “Youth
employment: experiences and future”, which
will be held in Bilbao at the headquarters of
Sabino Arana Fundazioa, from 9:00 am to
1:30 pm.
Sabino Arana Fundazioa, en colaboración con
el Parlamento europeo, el Instituto de
Demócratas Europeos (IED) y Fundación
Novia Salcedo está organizando para el
próximo 8 de abril, viernes, el seminario
“Empleo juvenil: experiencias y futuro”, que
se celebrará en Bilbao en la sede de Sabino
Arana Fundazioa, entre las 9:00 y las 13:30
horas.
The session will consist of three round tables
that will approach the most important
changes that must take place in our society to
promote the youth employment of the
future; the experiences of other European
countries in the field of youth employment
will be analysed and there will be an attempt
to make progress in the analysis of the
policies that need to be developed in the
Basque Country taking into account its socioeconomic,
business
and
educational
characteristics.
La jornada constará de tres mesas redondas
en las que se abordarán los principales
cambios que deben darse en nuestra
sociedad para impulsar el empleo juvenil del
futuro; se analizarán las experiencias de otros
países europeos en materia de empleo
juvenil; y se tratará de avanzar en el examen
de las políticas a desarrollar en el País Vasco
teniendo en cuenta sus características socioeconómicas, empresariales y educativas.
On behalf of the four organising institutions,

meeting, where some fifty experts in the field
will be participating, including university
chairs, institutional representatives and
representatives from the business sector and
youth associations.
