Re: Documentación mínima del PCT – Lista de publicaciones
Señora,
Señor,
En la Circular SCIT 2405, de fecha 30 de octubre de 1998, la Secretaría
informó a las Oficinas de los Estados miembros del PCT de que había dejado de
publicarse AT&T Technical Journal, así como de una nueva publicación, Bell
Labs Technical Journal, propuesta para su inclusión en la documentación
mínima del PCT – Lista de publicaciones. En la misma Circular, la Secretaría
propuso la modificación en consecuencia de la lista de publicaciones incluidas en
la Documentación Mínima del PCT e invitó a las Administraciones Encargadas
de la Búsqueda Internacional a aprobar las modificaciones propuestas. Se sugirió
que la lista modificada entrara en vigor a partir del 1 de enero de 1999.
Se recibieron respuestas a la Circular mencionada de 12 Oficinas (AT, AU,
CN, EP, ES, GB, JP, MX, NL, RU, SE y US), entre ellas las de las nueve ISAs.
Todas las Oficinas accedieron a las modificaciones propuestas a la lista de
publicaciones del PCT y a la entrada en vigor de la lista modificada a partir
del 1 de enero de 1999.
La Secretaría ha dispuesto la publicación de la lista mencionada en el
Manual de la OMPI de información y documentación en materia de Propiedad
Industrial y en un número especial de la Gaceta del PCT en las próximas
semanas.
