¿QUIÉNES SOMOS?
La AEMPA es un servicio municipal dependiente del
Área de Medio Ambiente y Sanidad del Ayuntamiento
de Pamplona, que fue creado en 1998 con la ayuda
del Programa SAVE de la Comisión Europea.
La Agencia cuenta con un Consejo Asesor formado
por representantes de los grupos políticos municipales,
Gobierno de Navarra, dos Universidades, Cámara de
Comercio, y de varias empresas relacionadas con la
energía en general y con las energías renovables en
particular.
Nuestras actuaciones van dirigidas a todos los ciudadanos, empresas y administraciones con el objetivo
de mejorar la calidad medioambiental y contribuir a
un desarrollo sostenible de la ciudad de Pamplona,
mediante el fomento del ahorro de energía, la eficiencia
energética y la promoción de las energías renovables.
SERVICIOS Y ACTUACIONES
Información y asesoramiento
» La AEMPA cuenta con un centro de documentación
y asesoría personalizada para particulares, profesionales, empresas y administraciones en materia
de energías renovables y ahorro energético.
» Asesoramiento en proyectos específicos desde el
punto de vista técnico, económico, financiero y
administrativo.
» Información mediante trípticos, folletos y cuadernos
informativos.
Formación y sensibilización
» Sensibilización ciudadana mediante campañas
divulgativas, charlas, conferencias y jornadas.
» Formación dirigida a grupos específicos - escolares,
técnicos, comerciantes, etc.- sobre ahorro y eficiencia
energética, nuevas tecnologías y energías renovables.
» Fomento de los fines y objetivos a través de los
medios de comunicación.

» Promover un uso racional de la Energía con medidas
de ahorro y eficiencia energéticas.
» Implicar a la ciudad en el ahorro de energía y en
la promoción de las energías renovables.
» Promoción y proyección de instalaciones solares
térmicas y fotovoltaicas en edificios públicos.
» Realización de estudios, informes y auditorias
energéticas.
» Cooperación Nacional e Internacional.
» Informar, aconsejar y sensibilizar al ciudadano
en aspectos relacionados con el consumo energético.

WHO ARE WE?
» The AEMPA is a local service dependent on the
environment and health area of the Pamplona city council,
that was created in 1998 with the aid of the SAVE
Programme of the European Union.
» The Agency has an Advice of Administration made
up of representatives of all the local political groups,
the Government of Navarra, two Navarran universities,
the Chamber of Commerce, and several companies
related to energy in general and, in particular,
renewable energies.

Information and advice
» The AEMPA has a documentation centre and
personalized consultantship for individuals, professionals,
companies and administrations on renewables energies and
energy saving matters.
» Advice in specific projects, from an economic, financial
and administrative point of view.
» Information by means of leaflets, and informative books.
Training and awareness
» Our activities are addressed to all citizens, companies
and administrations, with the aim of improving
environmental quality, contributing to a sustainable
development in the city of Pamplona, by means of
promoting saving energy, energy efficiency and the
promotion of renewable energies.
» Citizen awareness through informative advertising
campaigns, talks, lectures and conferences.
» Courses addressed to specific groups – school centres,
technicians, merchants etc.- about energy saving and
efficiency, new technologies and renewable energies.
» Promotion of the aims and targets, by the media.

» Promotion and planning of solar thermal and photovoltaic
energy installations in public buildings.
