Se reporta caso de paciente de 65 años, de sexo femenino, que ingresa con síntomas neurológicos indiferenciados,
los cuales, por hallazgos imagenológicos iniciales de meningioma del ala del esfenoides, requieren resección tumoral.
Presenta evolución tórpida, deterioro neurológico progresivo, hasta su fallecimiento.
