Experience
Francisco Pizarro is a senior associate in the Tax practice area and a member of Garrigues’ international tax group.
He specializes in advising national, multinational, and foreign groups in investment and restructuring processes. He has also
advised and represented companies in inspection proceedings before the Spanish tax authorities, as well as in judicial review
proceedings conducted before the Spanish courts.
Since 2009, he has lectured on a variety of subjects on the Master’s Degree in Tax & Legal Counseling course at Universidad de
Valladolid-Cámara de Comercio e Industria.
He also regularly lectures and speaks at courses and seminars organized by institutions such as Cámara de Comercio e Industria
de Valladolid, Confederación de Empresarios de Castilla y León, Asociación de Empresa Familiar de Castilla y León and Colegio
de Abogados de Valladolid.
