Modificación de la ENS acorde con la KEL 28
Se va a modificar la Declaración Sumaria de Entrada para ajustarse a las modificaciones
de la nueva KEL 28.
La aplicación de las nuevas reglas será obligatoria desde el día 1 de Diciembre de 2015
a las 15 h (Madrid, Paris), rechazándose a partir de este mismo día las declaraciones que
incumplan dichas reglas.
1. Aplicar la modificación de la regla TR0812.
Periodo de aplicación 1 Diciembre 2015
Aplicar la nueva regla TR0812 en los mensajes CC313, CC315:

3. Aplicar la modificación sobre el indicador de circunstancia
especifica.

Desaparece el código “B”, (Barco y provisiones de avión), del indicador de
circunstancia específico:
Este código debe ser quitado de las condiciones para ICS ya que no está cubierto por
las exigencias de datos de seguridad.
Los cambios siguientes estarán reflejados en el Apéndice Q2 de DDNIA:
1. La condición C570 será modificada como sigue:

The ENS declaration will be modified according to the Kel 28.
The new rules will be mandatory starting the 1st December 2015 at 15.00 (Madrid, Paris).
Declarations that do not fulfill the new requirements will be rejected after this date.

code followed by the name of a seaport, airport, freight terminal, rail station or other place

3. Modification of the “Specific Circumstance indicator”
Starting on 1st December 2015
Code ‘B’ disappears (ship and plane provisions) from the specific circumstance indicator.
This code will be removed from the conditions of the ICS, since is not covered by the security
data requisites.
Changes will be applied in the Annex Q2 of the DDNIA:
1. Condition C570 is modified as follows:
