ADMINISTRACIÓN LOCAL AYUNTAMIENTOS GETAFE OTROS ANUNCIOS El Ayuntamiento Pleno de Getafe, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 3 de junio de 2004, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo: “7. Proposición conjunta de la concejala-delegada de Medio Ambiente y del concejal-delegado de Urbanismo sobre aprobación definitiva de la ordenanza general de protección del medio ambiente del municipio de Getafe. Visto el dictamen favorable de la Comisión Informativa Permanente de Urbanismo, Desarrollo Industrial y Medio Ambiente de fecha 27 de mayo de 2004, vista la proposición de referencia de 24 de mayo de 2004, así como el informe de la jefa de Sección de Medio Ambiente de fecha 21 de mayo de 2004; el escrito de enmiendas presentado por los Grupos Municipales del PSOE e IU, con entrada en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento el 26 de abril de 2004; el escrito de alegaciones presentado por el Servicio de Salud Pública, Área 10, con entrada en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento el 27 de abril de 2004; el escrito de alegaciones presentado por la Asociación de Vecinos Nuevo Perales, con entra- da en el Registro del Ayuntamiento de Getafe el 3 de mayo de 2004; el escrito de alegaciones del Grupo Municipal Partido Popular, con entrada en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento con fecha 10 de mayo de 2004; el escrito de alegaciones presentado por la Asociación de Vecinos Ciudad Nuevo Getafe, con entrada en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Getafe el 14 de mayo de 2004, y demás antecedentes documentales obrantes en el expediente, (...) Sometido el asunto a votación por mayoría de diecisiete votos a favor: trece votos de los concejales del PSOE; cuatro votos de los concejales de IU, y diez votos en contra de los concejales del PP, se adopta el siguiente acuerdo: Primero.—Estimar en su totalidad las alegaciones presentadas conjuntamente por los Grupos Municipales PSOE e IU y las presentadas por el Servicio de Salud Pública del Área 10. Segundo.—Estimar parcialmente las alegaciones presentadas por la Asociación de Vecinos Nuevo Perales, la relativa al artículo 176 presentada por el Grupo Municipal del PP y las alegaciones de la Asociación de Vecinos Nuevo Getafe. Tercero.—Aprobar definitivamente la ordenanza general para la protección del medio ambiente del municipio de Getafe, y publicar el texto íntegro de la misma en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID, entrando en vigor cuando se produzca.” Pág. 2 SUPLEMENTO AL B.O.C.M.
