AIRBNB SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT This Short-Term Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Host (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord") and the Guest (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant") for the rental of the property located at 1550 S Florida Mango Rd, Lake Clarke Shores, FL 33406 (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"). Article I. RENTAL TERM: The rental period shall begin on ______ at 10:00 am and end on _______ at 2:00 PM. Tenant agrees to vacate the Property by the specified check-out time. Article II. TENANT INFORMATION The information for identifying Tenant and all the persons who will occupy the Property during the rental term established in Article I is provided in the following table. HOUSE RULES: Tenant agrees to abide by all house rules provided by the Landlord. Failure to comply may result in eviction. Article V. OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The maximum number of guests allowed is 10 guests. Additional guests may only stay with prior written consent from the Landlord and may incur additional charges. Article VI. PARKING SPACES The Property has specific designated areas for parking vehicles. Tenant should use these designated areas for parking. The number of parking spaces available in the Property is 2. No parking in any area of the Property different to the designated parking spaces is allowed. Article VII. NO SUBLETTING: Tenant agrees not to sublet the Property or any part thereof. Article VIII. MAINTENANCE AND CARE: Tenant agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and sanitary condition and to immediately report any damages or issues to the Landlord. Article IX. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 10:00 am, and check-out time is 2:00 pm. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Evacuation Article X. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Article XI. EVACUATION STATEMENT With the execution of this Agreement, Tenant and all persons listed in Article II of this Agreement agree to evacuate from the Property upon any evacuation order issued by local, state or federal authorities.
