SISTEMA DE VIGILANCIA
EN SALUD PUBLICA
¿QUE ES?
La vigilancia en salud publica es la función esencial de la salud asociada a la responsabilidad
estatal y ciudadana de protección de la salud individual y colectiva, consiste en el proceso
sistemático, y la recolección, organización, análisis e interpretación, actualización de datos
específicos relacionados a la salud.
SU FUNCION
El sistema de Salud Publica (SIVIGILA), tiene como responsabilidad el proceso de
observación, análisis, objetivo, sistemático y constante de los eventos en salud, el
cual sustenta la orientación, planificación, ejecución y seguimiento y evaluación de la
practica de salud publica
DECRETA
Debe tenerse en cuenta lo dispuesto por el articulo 4.1.1 del mismo decreto 780 de
2016. El objeto del presente decreto es crear y reglamentar el Sistema de Vigilancia en
Salud Publica, Sivigila para la provisión en forma sistemática y oportuna de
información sobre la dinámica de los eventos que puedan afectar la salud de la
población.
¿QUE ES EL SIVIGILA?
Conjunto de usuarios, normas, procedimientos, recursos (financiaron, técnicos), y talento
humano organizados para la recopilación, análisis, interpretación, actualización, divulgación y
evaluación, sistemática oportuna de la información sobre eventos en salud para la orientación de
la acción.
UNIDAD NOTIFICADORA
Es la entidad publica responsable de la investigación, confirmación y configuración de los
eventos de interés en salud publica, en base a la información suministrada por las Unidades
Primarias Generadoras de Datos y cualquier otra información obtenida a través de
procedimientos epidemiológicos (Derecho 3518 de 2006.

You can add and edit some infographics to your presentation to present your data in a visual way.

Choose your favourite infographic and insert it in your presentation using Ctrl C
+ Ctrl V or Cmd C + Cmd V in Mac.
Select one of the parts and ungroup it by right-clicking and choosing
“Ungroup”.
Change the color by clicking on the paint bucket.
Then resize the element by clicking and dragging one of the square-shaped
points of its bounding box (the cursor should look like a double-headed arrow).
Remember to hold Shift while dragging to keep the proportions.
Group the elements again by selecting them, right-clicking and choosing
“Group”.
Repeat the steps above with the other parts and when you’re done editing, copy
the end result and paste it into your presentation.
Remember to choose the “Keep source formatting” option so that it keeps the
