JOB OFFER INTERVENE (1) ATS Capital SA (registration number CH-621.3.009.343-2) with registered office at Route de Champéry 10, 1873, Val-d'Illiez, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "the Employer"); and (2) DENNY FABIAN RETAMOZO JIMENEZ with address at Calle Arizala 26, Planta Baja, 08028 Barcelona (herein referred to as the "prospective employee"). Affirm that they have the necessary capacity to sign and be bound by this document, and ESTABLISH 1. That the employer wants to hire the services of the future employee, so that he/she can be hired for the position of creative director. 2. That the prospective employee is equally interested and willing to accept this job offer. 3. That, in order to specify the future working conditions, both formalize this JOB OFFER which shall be governed by the following CLAUSES 4. On that date, an employment contract will be formalized between both of them in which the following contractual conditions will be included: - Work center: Remote work - Salary: 1.500 € gross per year - Duration of contract: indefinite - Position: creative director 5. The other working conditions will be those agreed by the parties in the future contract, which will respect the provisions of labor legislation and the collective bargaining agreement applicable in the company. 6.
