Pinatubo Rehabilitation Program. • Eventually evolved into a long-term program for the creation of sustainable sources of income for its local communities. Target : Entrepreneurs with innovative ideas but lack experience and resources to run their chosen businesses. Goal: To develop the business of incubatees until they can be freestanding, thus ensure high likelihood of success in the real world. Incubation Period: Normally 2 to 3 years. To date, there are 52 active TLDCs nationwide .
