En la Gaceta Oficial Ordinaria N° 40.565 de fecha 18 de
diciembre de 2014, fue publicado el Convenio Cambiario
N° 11, mediante el cual se dicta las Normas que establecen
el Régimen para la Adquisición de Divisas por parte del
Sector Público.
Exchange Agreement No.11, providing for the norms of
the System for Foreign Currency Acquisition by the Public
Sector, was published in Official Gazette No.40,565 of
December 18, 2014.
Se deroga el Convenio Cambiario N° 11 de fecha 03 de
Abril del 2014, publicado en Gaceta Oficial N° 40.391, de
fecha 10 de Abril del 2014, asimismo se establece que las
operaciones de adquisición de divisas cuya liquidación
hubiese sido solicitada al Banco Central de Venezuela,
antes de la entrada del presente Convenio Cambiario, se
regirán por lo establecido en el Convenio Cambiario N° 11
de fecha 03 de Abril del 2014.
El presente Convenio entrara en vigencia a partir de su
fecha de publicación en Gaceta Oficial.
Said Agreement repeals Exchange Agreement No.11 of
April 3, 2014, published in Official Gazette No.40,391 of
April 10, 2014. It sets forth that operations for foreign
currency acquisition with clearances requested from the
Central Bank of Venezuela, before the entry into force of
this Exchange Agreement, shall be ruled by the provisions
set in Exchange Agreement No.11 of April 3, 2014.
This Exchange Agreement entered into force as of the
date of its publication in Official Gazette.
