Need Childcare During Fall Intersession?
Fall Intersession is Monday, October 17th - Friday, October 21st, 2016. During this week, there is no school for students.
Teachers will be participating in Professional Development and Individual Learning Plan (ILP) meetings. ILP meetings will
take place on Thursday, October 20th and Friday, October 21st. Lighthouse is able to offer a limited number of spaces for
families who need childcare for students in grades Kindergarten – 8th grade, only. Childcare will be available from 8:00 a.m.
– 5:30 p.m. on all days except on Wednesday, childcare is available from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Childcare costs $35/day for the first child and $20/day for every child after that. We will NOT be providing meals, so please
make sure to bring enough food and beverages for your child for each day.
If you are in need of care, please fill out the following form and leave it at the front K-8 front desk. The Intersession child
care forms and payments deadline is Thursday, October 13th, 2016. Filling this form out does not guarantee your
child/ren a spot, we will contact you by phone and in writing to confirm your child’s enrollment in the Fall Intersession

¿Necesita cuidado de niños durante las vacaciones semestrales de Otoño?
Las vacaciones semestrales de Otoño toma acabo el Lunes, 17 de Octubre - Viernes, 21 de Octubre del 2016. Durante esta
semana, no hay escuela para los estudiantes. Los maestros participarán en el desarrollo profesional y reuniones de
aprendizaje. Las reuniones de ILP ocurrirán el jueves 20 de Octubre y el Viernes 21 de Octubre. Lighthouse está ofreciendo
un número limitado de espacios para las familias que necesitan el cuidado de niños para estudiantes en los grados de
Kindergarten - 8vo solamente. El cuidado de niños estará disponible a partir de las 8:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. todos los días,
excepto el miércoles donde está disponible de 8:00 A.M. - 2: 30 P.M.
Cuidado de niños cuesta $35 al día para su primer hijo y 20 dólares al día por cada niño después de eso. No proveeremos la
comida, favor de mandar a su estudiante(s) con bastantes alimentos para el día.
Si usted necesita cuidado, por favor de completar el siguiente formulario y déjelo en la recepcion K-8. La fecha para
entregar las formas y los pagos del cuidado de niños es el Jueves, 13 de Octubre, 2016. Completando este formulario no
garantiza un espacio para sus niños/as. Nosotros vamos a estar en contacto con usted, si su hijo fue aceptado al cuidado de
