celebration this weekend. Our loving God is three Persons
whose relationship of love is the model for all human relationships. As we pray together today, let us give thanks
and praise to the God who made us in the divine image to
love and be love for one another.

Question for Adults: Today we celebrate the
relationship of love among the Father, the Son
and the Holy Spirit. In what similar community of love do
you live?
Question for Children: God fills us with love. How, this
week, will you show your family - your mom, dad, brothers,
sisters, grandparents, cousins - that you love them as God
loves them?
CCD COORDINATOR
St. Mary’s is looking for a part-time bilingual Spanish CCD
Coordinator. Minimum requirements are:
• Diocese Catechist Certificate
• Administration abilities
• Knowledge of teaching of faith
• Experience in supervising minors
• Three years catechist experience
This job has an evening schedule with some weekend

FR. MATHEW ON VACATION

FAITH FORMATION
Early Faith Formation registration for the 2013-2014 year
for continuing students has begun and will continue
through June. Registration for new students will take place between June and
September. Forms are located in the office.
Please stop by on a Tuesday or Wednesday
between 11 am and 3 pm or by appointment.
All Sacrament preparation classes are now two years with
First Communion starting at 1st or 2nd grade and Confirmation starting at 7th or 8th grade.

PRE-CANA CLASSES
Are you engaged and thinking of getting married in the
Church? To receive the Sacrament of Matrimony, please
contact the parish six months before your intended wedding date. St. Joseph offers marriage preparation classes
twice a year. The next upcoming classes begin Sunday, June
2 and run for five sessions, meeting every Sunday evening.

Estamos buscando un coordinador de medio tiempo para la
catequesis en español. Requisitos mínimos, que sea bilingüe,
tenga certificación en catequesis diocesana, habilidades administrativas, conocimiento de los métodos de enseñanza y
pedagogía de la fe, habilidades de supervisión y al menos
tres años de experiencia en la catequesis. Este trabajo se
realiza en horario de tarde y algunas horas el fin de semana.

ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL
LLAMADO CATÓLICO ANUAL
Thank you to all who have already participated in the 2013
Annual Catholic Appeal. More than $3 million has been
raised so far.
Muchas gracias a todos que ya han participado en el Llamado Católico Anual de 2013. Más de $3 millones han sido procurados hasta hoy.
As of May 7, The Catholic Foundation has received gifts and
pledges of $3,010,487 from 22,778 Catholic households for
the 2013 Annual Catholic Appeal. The Appeal hopes to raise
$3.8 million to help those on need through charitable Catholic works throughout the local communities of our diocese.
In our parish, 297 individuals and families in our parish have
participated with gifts and pledges totaling $18,319.
Hasta el 7 de mayo, la oficina de la Fundación Católica de la
diócesis ha recibido 22,778 donaciones y promesas de pago
por la suma de $3,010,487 del Llamado Católico Anual de
2013. El Llamado Anual espera procurar $3.8 millones para
asistir a los necesitados por medio de obras caritativas católicas por todas las comunidades de nuestra diócesis. Aquí en
la parroquia de St. Joseph, 297 familias han participado con
donaciones y promesas de pago por suma de $18,319.
