The Adopt-A-Street program supports litter control
efforts along the Thornton streets to keep
our City cleaner and safer!
You, your family, your group or organization* can
Adopt-a-Street for one year, picking up litter just once a month.
The City provides bags, and three sample
safety vests to wear while you work.
The City picks up the bags of litter
that you leave behind!
Signs recognizing you or your group
will be posted at each end of your
adopted street!

*The City of Thornton may refuse a request to adopt a section of street if, in its opinion, the request would jeopardize the
program, be counter productive to its purpose, or create a hazard.

Usted, su familia, su grupo u organización pueden
Adoptar una Calle por un año, recogiendo la basura sólo una vez al mes.
La Ciudad le provee con las bolsas, y tres
chalecos de seguridad de muestra para usar
mientras trabaja.
¡La Ciudad recoge las bolsas de
basura que usted deja!
¡Se colocaran señales dándole
el reconocimiento a usted o a su
grupo, en ambos extremos de la
calle adoptada!
