LOBSTER’S DAY was born with the intention to offer top level furniture
for inside and outside, combining industrial processes and technological
materials with craftsmanship and the hand made touch, to satisfy the
need of a public with high interest in fashion and design.
Behind LOBSTER’S DAY is a young team interested in urban culture, the
modern day and aesthetics used to manufacture and distribute the
product, with the experience of a family business with more than 40
years of history.

LOBSTER’S DAY nace con la intención de ofrecer mobiliario de interior
y exterior de gama alta, combinando la artesanía y la fabricación de
productos a mano con procesos industriales y materiales tecnológicos,
para satisfacer las necesidades de un público interesado en tendencias
y diseño.
Detrás de LOBSTER’S DAY, se encuentra un equipo joven que está al
corriente en cultura urbana y tendencias estéticas, con la garantía y la
experiencia de utilizar recursos e infraestructuras industriales familiares
con más de 40 años de historia.
ANTI-C COLLECTION
Designed by Albert Garcia, ANTI-C COLLECTION is a reinterpretation of
American design from the mid-twentieth century. The landscaping of
Califonia’s arquitecture, the houses of Richard Neutra, the legacy of the
Eames, calder’s designs, all serve as inspiration for this collection.
ANTI-C is produced in variety of colours and upholstery, with the
possibility of making a bicolor also blurred colours on the bases,
bringing the austerity of the 50’s to hip hop culture of the late 70´s.
This collection is entirely hand made using fibreglass, a material with
high resistance to climatic changes, water resistant and nonconductive.
The bases are made of treated steel, fire-painted with polyester powder.
High Quality water-resistant fabrics are used for the upholstery.
COLECCIÓN ANTI-C
Diseñada por Albert Garcia, la colección Anti-C es una reinterpretación
del diseño americano de mediados del siglo XX. El paisajismo de las
villas, las casas de Richard Neutra, el legado de los Eames o los móviles
de Calder, sirven de inspiración para esta colección. Anti-c se sirve en
gran diversidad de colores y tapicerías, con la posibilidad también de
producir un bicolor, difuminado en las bases, acercando la austeridad
de los 50 a la cultura hip hop de finales de los 70, mediante el efecto
graffiti, dando un resultado sumamente actual.
La colección está fabricada totalmente a mano en fibra de vidrio,
material altamente resistente a los cambios climáticos, impermeable
y no conductor. Las bases son de acero tratado, pintadas con polvo de
poliéster al fuego. Los tejidos son hidrófugos de alta calidad.

ANDREA FAGIOLI COLLECTION
Designed by Albert Garcia, the collection ANDREA FAGIOLI, crosses
the classic windsor chair with the furniture from the middle of the 20th
century. It comes in four monochrome finishes, using the same colour
in the base, the structure and the fabric, in purple, grey, white and
black. One other variation using a black base and a natural colour
structure is available.
ANDREA FAGIOLI COLLECTION
Diseñada por Albert Garcia, la colección ANDREA FAGIOLI, cruza el
estilo clásico de las sillas Windsor y sus barrotes verticales con guiños al
diseño de mitad del siglo XX, pero fabricada con materiales tecnológicos
y acabados actuales. La colección se presenta en la versión clásica, color
caña natural, o en monocromos, con idéntico color de base, estructura
y tapicerías, dándole un giro y modernizando la pieza con un efecto
inmersión en color.

QUARANTINE COLLECTION
This collection is inspired in the architecture of the MIMO (Miami
Modern) and in the Biscayne Boullevard’s buildings. This collection is
entirely hand made using fibreglass, a material which is waterproof,
non conductive and has a high resistance to climate changes.
COLECCIÓN QUARANTINE
Inspirada en la corriente arquitectónica MIMO (Miami Modern) y
en los edificios de Biscayne Boullevard, esta colección está realizada
totalmente a mano en fibra de vidrio, material totalmente impermeable,
no conductor y altamente resistente a los cambios climáticos. Los
tapizados son hidrófugos de alta calidad.

ALBERT GARCIA studied industrial design and interior architecture in
Barcelona, from here he started to work in the family Business.
For the past nine years, he has been combining his design background
with Management and business practice. Interested in all the aspects
of design he decided to take another step forward and his design
background to the family business, which resulted in founding the
LOBSTER’S DAY design Studio.
ALBERT GARCIA, estudia diseño industrial y arquitectura interior en
Barcelona, pero decide no ejercer y empezar a trabajar en el negocio
familiar
Durante los últimos nueve años, ha estado compaginando su trabajo
en la dirección de la firma, con estudios de gestión y dirección de
empresas. Apasionado del diseño en cualquiera de sus disciplinas,
decide dar un paso más en su trayectoria y llevar esta afición al ámbito
profesional, encargándose de los diseños de LOBSTER’S DAY y de la
dirección artística de la firma.
