MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES
EXTERIORES Y
CULTO DE LA
REPUBLICA ARGENTINA
y
EL MINISTERIO DE ASUNTOS
ECONOMICOS DE LOS PAISES BAJOS
denominados en adelante "las Partes", quienes

han alcanzado el siguiente entendimiento:
ARTICULO 1
1.
Las
cuenta

3. Las Partes reconocen que el comercio y la inversión privada
juegan un papel activo en el desarrollo de la economía de sus
países y
concuerdan, por lo tanto,
promover al máximo posible
las medidas adecuadas para el desarrollo y mantenimiento de un
clima favorable para la inversión, teniendo en debida cuenta la
protección ambiental.
En este
contexto,
las
Partes
también
reconocen que el acuerdo sobre el tratamiento a ser otorgado a
las inversiones estimulará el flujo de capital y tecnología y
el desarrollo económico de las Partes.
4. Las áreas de cooperación de interés mutuo serán establecidas
por las Partes,
de
común acuerdo.

ARTICULO 2
1. La cooperación a que se refiere el artículo 1 del presente
Memorandum de Entendimiento será, en particular, implementada a
través de programas y proyectos de cooperación
dentro de las
áreas que se establezcan.
2. Las Partes alentarán dar impulso a mecanismos y operaciones
para promover el comercio y la inversión con el objetivo de
identif icar
oportunidades,

ayudar
colaborando
al

El presente Memorandum de Entendimiento entrará
en vigor a partir de la fecha de su firma por ambas partes y
